★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We have been going to VCA Forest South since 2021 when we adopted our 3 year old GSD from Humane Indiana who was also heart work positive. We have been seeing Dr. Borzouyeh and he has been nothing short of incredible. He has also seen our two senior cats. He makes our pets feel comfortable and safe. He takes his time on gaining their trust and going above and beyond to find a root cause of any issue we present with. We are so very thankful for Dr. B and the staff at VCA!
October 26 · Jori CamilliAwesome care boarding my two cats! They, Boots & Shadow, were very happy & well taken care of at VCA Animal Hospital in Olympia Fields! ❤️😎👍I’m so thankful that I was able to visit family out of state, to call once in a while for their updates & care! They came home & walked around house to make sure there were no new surprises! Many thanks to your staff! 💕
June 07 · Bobbie MatthewsThey euthanized my cat and threw away the remains. They never explained that when they do mixed remains you do not get them back. This is different from other places where they do mixed and give you remains. I spoke to Karen and she never explained that they would not provide remains. They spelled the name wrong on the paw print. I will never bring my animals to a VCA location again. I would give below 1 star if possible. My wife is extremely distraught now. I have been bringing my pets hear for over a decade and even before they moved quality has dropped off a cliff. Karen is very rude on the phone. I once had a stray that I was trying to get checked for chip and returned to the owner and they acted like I was wasting their time. I was yelled at in just trying to track down the owner. When calling to find out why I didn't receive the remains they were very dismissive and were quick to pull out the paper I signed. But noone explained that mixed meant you would not get remains. Call it remains or no remains not mixed or solitary. Horrible people.
July 18 · Matthew CooperFrom the receptionists to Dr. Trudeau, nothing short of a great experience. My senior cat had to get an abdominal ultrasound and they took great care of him in a timely manner and was able to give me a detailed explanation for his diagnosis. I can't appreciate you all enough! I actually have plans for my dog next to have a most likely full dental extraction surgery. Thank you also for allowing me to stay within a certain budget so I can address my other pets.
March 25 · Andrea RiosOne day, my wife saw a sign saying "We have puppies" at the old UP location. We picked a 6 week old black lab and brought her to Forest South for over 17 years. The team was friendly, helpful, and took great care of her including Dr. Petar Petrov who helped ease her arthritis and other ailments as she got older. She lived a long, healthy, and happy life thanks to the support of the Forest South team. Thank you for helping us take care of her.
