Pittsburgh Veterinary Cardiology Reviews
I have had nothing but amazing experiences at PGH Cardiology. We've mostly seen Dr. Anderson, but not exclusively over the years. I've always felt heard during our visits, communication has been really good if I have an issue, and I've felt very confident in the medical choices they were making along the way.I've got a 15+ year old pup who has been a regular cardiology patient for more than 6 years and another 9 year old who has been a patient for about 18months. My 15 year old is a now retired canine athlete and my 9 year old is still a very active canine athlete competing in a bunch of sports. Cardio is a huge part of keeping them doing the things they love for many years. Both pups have had a very thoughtful approach to their care and that approach and good choices have kept them in the best condition possible and enjoying their activities.
Mar 20, 2025 · tena parkerTo say that Dr. Brown is an amazing cardiac veterinarian is a massive understatement. We will be taking our 3 cats to her for all there future cardio needs from now on. They require yearly testing and the cardiology department is extremely diligent and listens to your questions. Dr. Brown took the time to explain results to us and responded to all of our questions. Worth every second to take your fur family here. The vet techs are also extremely knowledgeable and take time to talk to you. Overall we are very pleased.
Feb 20, 2025 · BengaldadI brought my small dog here after a referral from my Veterinarian's office. I was extremely concerned about his well-being after having him collapse on a walk and I couldn't have brought him to a better facility. The staff was kind and understanding throughout the experience, and treated my pet as if he were their own. The Veterinarian on staff called me after the appointment because of her workload but stayed on the phone with me for nearly an hour explaining everything they found, why they felt it happening, and gave suggestions for lifestyle changes as well as prescriptions. She was kind enough to answer all of my questions regarding the discharge paperwork and was able to finally give me some peace of mind in an unsettling situation. 5/5 Stars, I would give them more if I was able.
