VCA Northview is an amazing animal hospital. We have been using them for many years to care for our pups. Every visit including wellness checks, sick visits, surgeries, and specialty referrals has been a great experience.The facility is always clean and very well maintained. The entire staff is very caring, welcoming, and extremely professional. They go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. The doctors are so great with our pups.Dr. Hashem has seen our pups for minor to more serious issues and always knows exactly how to manage each situation in a very calm manner. He explains things in a way that makes it easy to understand and keeps our stress level at a minimum. We are incredibly lucky to have such a wonderful and passionate veterinarian for our pups.Dr. Assandri has seen two of our pups for specialty issues. She has had to perform procedures on them requiring sedation. She kept us informed through the entire process and made sure she followed their situations until they were improved and healthy again. She is great at communicating and explaining things thoroughly.Dr. Enwiller has performed surgeries on two of our pups. She was wonderful throughout the entire process. She explained everything thoroughly and was available throughout the recovery process.Dr. Smalley has seen our pups for sick visits and has been great at diagnosing, treating, and following up on their recovery. She is also a wonderful veterinarian.Dr. Hayworth has worked with one of our pups for post surgical rehabilitation and laser therapy. She is very patient and allows the pups to work at a pace that is comfortable for them. She cares for her patients and their healing process.The doctors and staff do a great job with scheduling. We never have to wait to be seen and once we arrive at the facility, we get to see the doctor right away. The visits are thorough and the doctors always give as much time and attention as necessary.We highly recommend VCA Northview Animal Hospital.
