Jun 05, 2025 · Julie KesterI wish I could give this place 6 stars! They are amazing and very friendly. Check in and check out process is very simple and organized. What I love most is the affordable prices compared to other clinics.
May 24, 2025 · Lupita CastroI have not been here in almost two years but about to go back! I moved further away from the location but that is absolutely not stopping me from coming back! I have been going here for years! I have been going since they were in Wexford area! The staff literally everyone there has been fantastic! They listened to concerns! Pricing was never a surprise, so honest, and super friendly! I would do more than 5 stars if I could! If I can help it I will not go anywhere else than HERE! I KNOW my animals are in good hands with them!
Jan 25, 2025 · Savana BlackI would give negative stars if I could. I drove an hour here only to be told they canceled my appointment this morning. The person who greeted me seems to be the issue based on other reviews as well. There are so many rules to follow: be there between 7-7:15--if you come late, they will turn you away according to the email. According to the day before message (on Friday), get there between 7:30-7:45. Was given the number 412-213-7361 to call back if any questions. My question is what time? The number was weirdly and steadily busy for the next 3 hours. So I never got clarification. I decided to get there by 7:15 to split the difference. So this means I have to leave my house at 6:30 to get there on time. I get there, see all rules on the door--which I followed. Go in to sign in and was greeted with"are you here to reschedule?" No, I'm here for my appointment. She said I called you. I said you didn't. She then says she called at 6:30am. I was already on my way there. I checked my voicemail and it was 6:47am when she called. If I cancel this late for an appointment, I am responsible for paying for it. 24 hours is the standard for cancelation. She then accused me of having a temper tantrum when I walked out without rescheduling. How could I have any confidence that the same thing wouldn't happen again? She claims it was a vet emergency, but that could happen again and again. The place looks sketchy as hell and from what I saw walking in also looks dirty. No way I would take my dog here for neutering. Definitely not rescheduling here.
