★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I wish I had known about this place sooner! This was by far the best vet experience. I brought my small dog in because for the last year she started constantly itching. All the over the counter (medicated shampoos, creams, itch sprays, OTC flee/mite treatments, etc) didn’t work very well.A local farm store told me about Vetch’s low cost clinic in Vancouver. I got an appointment pretty quickly. The staff was very nice and professional (ESPECIALLY the sweet front desk lady named Candi who explained everything and put me at ease that we were in good hands) I appreciate that they tell you cost options up front and they don’t make you feel bad if you don’t have the money to pay for a ton of tests. The Vetco staff helped me find the best option I could afford. I was shocked that the total price was less than expected! The best part…. my sweet girl has finally stopped itching!!!Thank you guys so much!
July 09 · Butwait There'smoreI am in search of a new vet because mine closed. My dog's allergies are out of control, and his ears were severely infected. I tried another vet about a month before this one and spent about $400–$500, but despite everything they did, they still didn’t help him.Since I already bring him to Petco to get his hair done, I thought I would try the vet there as well. The assistants and the lady at the desk were all super nice. However, the doctor left a lot to be desired. She was condescending, insulting, and made me feel like I wasn’t taking good care of my dog—when the whole reason I was there was to get him help. She talked down to me and acted like he shouldn’t be in the condition he’s in, which just made me feel awful.I really like the office, and I like the rest of the staff, so I would love to go back—just with a different doctor. The two stars are for the rest of the staff.UPDATE: Adjusting to 1 star. Per the request of the company, I submitted an email with some information for them to reach back out to me and I never heard back from them. So I guess they are not concerned about me and the fact that I’m looking for a new vet for five of my pets.
July 17 · Patricia CleaverOur girl did so great here today! All the ladies working get 10/10 from me. They were so kind and friendly, and very sweet to our kitty. They provided us with a great plan and I didn’t feel pressured into doing anything extra. I just made the switch from Banfield and I feel pretty great about my decision.Thank you again Dr McKay, Tess and the front desk staff!!!!!!
January 20 · Alyssa Putty (Silly Putty)They’re honestly the best. I goofed up my appointment and showed up a week early, they still squeezed me in, and they made sure I knew all the treatment options! With their guidance my little guy is already feeling better and I couldn’t be more thankful. They’re so sweet and gentle with him every time. 🩷 Gianni
November 19 · Megan NuttelmanI brought in my 19 week old kitten who was diagnosed with FIP. So the appointment was horrible but after the doctor explained the treatment I left still incredibly sad but with hope that my kitten can recover from this disease. 🙏🫶
