★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I can't believe I haven't reviewed this awesome veterinary practice. I have brought my dogs here for years and years. Dr. Matt and I go waaay back to his WBVH days and I trust him implicitly. He has helped my family gently say goodbye to our pets and his compassion is second to none.Matt is a vet who will carefully explain everything your pet needs to be well and recover. The entire practice is run very well and I always feel welcome. Thanks to everyone who gives their time and energy.
August 24 · Barbara McNinchDr Carey and staff have been more than helpful, kind and professional throughout my experience. My chihuahua Mango was heartbreakingly diagnosed with lymphoma. She has been in treatment and doing well for about 6 months and going strong! I feel Dr Carey is just as invested in Caring about Mango as myself, as well as the supportive staff who shower Mango with love and affection when she is in the vet several hours for her injections. Gratitude!🙏🙏❤️❤️❤️
August 13 · Rebecca BrutonWe have recently moved out of state and one of the things I’m really going to miss is this vet practice. Always extremely kind, compassionate and helpful. We took three of our pets there, two of them geriatric. We never felt like we were pressured to any procedures or tests. We were always educated about our options and given several avenues to choose from. Staff was always very prompt in responding to emails and happy to send any records.I have nothing negative to say about this practice.
June 19 · Magdalena BonkMy dogs deserve nothing but the best and I did not get that with my last visit. My first mistake is seeing anyone but Dr. MATT and Dr. REBECCA. The only reason for a 2 star is my dog got seen and got a her annual injections, I think. They took her back and said they were going to do her nails and then came back after all was done. I do not like that. I want to see what you are doing to my dog. This is the first time where I felt like I have not been heard or that my dog(s) got good care. I even called back to have Dr CARRIE call me. After requesting twice I find out that she is out until Monday. So on the third call I was finally told that. Why not have another vet call me instead of telling me that I could bring my dog back .....costing me more money. Still waiting on test results that I was told would take 24-48 hours. This is the fourth day. What Dr. Carrie told me still does not make sense. I guess it was close to 12pm on Saturday and she was ready to go. After being a client for almost10 years I have decided to go elsewhere. Not one question as to why when I asked for my dogs records to be sent somewhere else. I can honestly say I felt like the front staff has not been helpful and absolutely did not try to keep my business. I guess they have enough. I think a lot of Dr. MATT and Dr. REBECCA and they probably don't even know what all goes on in their office. One might think the office manager would try and keep clients. i guess if its not your business you really don't care. One thing is for sure customer service has gone out the door.
