★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Dr Lori Gervais is AMAZING!!! She took my cat Turkey in this past Monday when she was already fully booked and worked him in for a potential emergency. She is a saint and such a caring vet. Thank you so much for all you do for both my boys and my boys thank you too!
July 23 · Alaina DI think the staff are awesome! I work for Lower Cape Fear Life Care, a hospice organization and we like to do "Bucket List Wishes," for our patients. One of our patients that turns 102 tomorrow, loves cats and just wanted to spend time with one. They let us bring her there and for an hour she and a few LifeCare staff got to play with a room full of kittens. It was so perfect and she was so happy!!!! Everyone we met was so sweet. Thank You!!!!!!!
June 20 · Shannon JordanWe have been taking our cats here for 20 years. We have seen all the vets here and they are all knowledgeable, empathetic and take the time to explain things. The newest vet to the practice, Dr. Johnson, is no exception. She is the one we most recently saw when our 11 month old kitten had an unexplained fever. She was outstanding. Highly recommend this practice.
May 30 · Kelly BlakeDr. Gervais is an angel. She saved my cat's life and restored my faith in veterinarians. She took her time answering any questions we had, and she really eased our minds.Toby wouldn't be here today if it wasn't for her, and I am so grateful. You can tell she truly cares about animals, and isn't in it just for the money like a lot of veterinarians tend to be.
February 01 · Holly WalshRude office practices. Generally good vets. They will not send a written prescription "because it takes too much time to email" so instead they make you drive in to get it yourself.I had to take work off to renew the food my cat has been on for 5 years, to get in during their limited hours. "We don't do anything online."They are suddenly no longer authorizing purchases made at PetSmart or chewy, because they want you to buy through them. Thanks for cutting us off out of nowhere. This is more annoying because the last time the vet gave me a prescription, they forgot to write it in to their own pharmacy, so after waiting weeks for delivery, we had to start over again and could only handle things in person, again. They have very nice vets and front of house staff. I would like to keep going here, but the office is very disrespectful in their practices.
