Renton Highlands Pet Clinic Reviews

Jul 20, 2025 · Musha VabenThe Paw Plan is a great way to make sure your pet gets consistent care at an affordable price. It’s saved us a lot, and the overall care has always been solid.Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because at our last wellness check, we saw a different vet than usual—and honestly, I walked out feeling a little like I’d been scolded. My pup was a month or so overdue on her boosters and rabies, and I was told she’s overweight (she’s an 80-pound husky/shepherd mix), has dental issues, and needs more exercise. I had actually booked an appointment for those shots, but it got canceled without notice, even though I’d specified the reason. For context: I’m a full-time student, full-time night shift worker, part-time day worker, and a stay-at-home mom. So yeah, our daily walks have been more “efficient potty break” than “fitness journey.” Financially, it’s also been a tough year (like it has for so many of us), but we’ve always done our best—good food, enrichment, love, and care.I left feeling pretty defeated, which isn’t how anyone should feel after trying to take care of their dog. That said, the staff is talented, and we’ll absolutely be back. I just hope next time feels a bit more understanding.
Jul 02, 2025 · Hannah MillerThey are extremely shady when it comes to their “paw plan”. There wasn’t a lot of communication on what the plan was and how it may benefit from it or in my case… not benefit but get ripped off. I signed the paper (I know, read the fine print) but they automatically renew your plan whether you like it or not. They won’t let you pay for it up front and won’t refund for misunderstanding… Again, in my opinion, extremely shady.
Jul 23, 2025 · bronte wattsTook my kitty in for a dental cleaning. They were so nice and reassuring. Kitty did great and I even picked her up early. This is our normal vet office and I’ll keep coming ☺️
Feb 19, 2025 · Amy ZarkovichThey were very helpful ,took their time to explain everything. Handled my dog great. Everyone was super friendly and said hello to my big boy. They got us scheduled for everything the day we went in and scheduled the bigger things we need to have done in a very timely manner. They showed they cared more about my boy than the money as other clinics have only cared about the money. They even called the next day to check on my big boy and answer any questions I had!
