Everyone at the Richland animal clinic has been super nice and extremely professional! I've seen both Dr. Chelsvig and Dr. Thomas and they were so kind and patient in answering all my questions! I have a 15 and 1/2-year-old basset hound mix who has multiple health conditions and they have an incredible "bedside manner" making me feel like my Gracie is the highlight of their day!

I brought my new adopted kitty in for his visit vet visit at 8 years old. Everyone was very nice and clearly enjoyed meeting him. He had a thorough checkup.
