★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We are so fortunate to have such a caring staff for our fur babies right here in Luverne. We had a sick kitty on a Saturday and they made sure to see him and get him on the road to feeling better! The staff amazes me with how they can handle a nervous cat with ease. Thank you!! 😊
June 21 · Heather JohnsonVery dissapointing. Scheduled our dog to be neutered. We live in Sioux Falls, but they require us to bring him in a few days before the surgery, which makes no sense when we are 45 minutes away. They even spoke to.our vet, who said he had no health issues. It is one thing to gouge a person for another $30 for them to look at him for a few minutes, but to make us come days before to have him examined does not put the customer first. I requested a refund of our deposit, hopefully we receive that.Update: I am still waiting for a receipt for my refund.

August 30 · Hoatland JerryOur Boston Terrier was having health issues that escalated quickly. We knew it was her time and didn't want her suffer longer than necessary. We had made a euthanasia appointment at our regular vet 30 minutes away earlier in the month. Because of the increase in distress in our pop a desperate call was made to Rock Vet. Without hesitation, they agreed to see Bailey immediately. We can't thank them enough for their quick responsiveness, compassion and professionalism.
