April 28 · Amber LapointeI went to Roxbury Clinic after an unfortunate visit with another animal hospital. I had an appointment with Dr. Michaila Wall and it exceeded my expectations. She was compassionate, empathetic and genuine. She treated my dog for leg pain which we realized was arthritis. My dog is doing much better now and I couldn’t be happier!
July 23 · Brianna MouraRoxbury Animal Clinic is absolutely amazing. They always provided thoughtful and supportive care for our dogs. We sadly had to put our dogs down recently, and the doctors, techs and support staff could not have been more amazing throughout the process. You can trust them to provide the best care throughout your animal’s entire life.
April 30 · Laura LaPonteAlways had a wonderful experience at this place with Dr. Carlson. However, one day I had to bring my dog in for a swollen eye. We saw Dr. Miller. I explained that this had happened before and that it was likely an infection and requested antibiotics. Dr. Miller immediately went to the worst case scenario and insisted that my dog probably had a BRAIN TUMOR behind her eye and told me I had to drive her to an emergency vet an hour away for STAT imaging. I explained that my dog had end stage kidney disease and that sedation for imaging was very dangerous. I once again requested antibiotics, but Dr. Miller refused to listen and insisted we get to the emergency vet right away. I dropped my elderly, sick, and scared dog off for 24 hours at the emergency vet and was billed $5,000 for sedation and imaging. The next morning, the emergency vet called me to tell me that my dog simply had an infection and would be sending her home with antibiotics. I will never forgive Dr. Miller for refusing to listen to me and for putting us through this. I definitely do NOT recommend her care.
March 13 · Sarah PaisleyI have 4 Newfy’s and a rescue cat which Roxbury Animal Clinic rescued and brought back to health by the great team. I will not trust my fur family to anyone else. The only time I use a different vet is if it is a specialty vet and by their recommendation only. You couldn’t ask for anyone better for the service, the care and the support by the whole team. Yes, all my Newfy's love to go to the clinic for the love and compassion they get, on top of the quality health care.
