They are over the top friendly fussing over your dog like a rock star. The care seems good and vets competent. My gripe is that they require beyond reason tests and procedures that add up to lots of money. Examples of this are $170 blood tests with the required annual checkup, that is required in order to give your pet his vaccines or boarding. While boarding there he received both heart worm medicine and testing, costing $30 extra over doing just testing or treating. The heart worm test was negative btw. Another example was the vet informed me my dog most probably had cancer, but in the same breath informed me he needed his heart worm treatment. In the end the dog was fine, no cancer, still kicking. My dog also disliked boarding there coming home stressed out and having sleep and potty issues. He seems to like other boarding places fine enough. When you come out the bill will be $175 to $350 and "he's in fine shape, nothing is wrong with him".If you want rock star treatment, and willing to pay for it, fine. My dog is a family member, but still a dog. - Tim Dodd
