This kind of specialized, empathetic care is highly valued by local cat owners who want the best for their pets, whether for a routine check-up or a complex medical issue.
The commitment to providing a superior experience is evident in the overwhelmingly positive feedback from clients. Reviews often praise the friendly and caring staff, who make a point to remember and ask about all of a client's cats, even those not present for an appointment. This personalized touch fosters a strong sense of trust and community. The hospital's ability to not only treat illness but also create an environment where a cat can feel comfortable and safe is a testament to their dedication. Sacramento Cat Hospital Reviews
Everyone there is super friendly and always makes sure to ask about the cats I’m not bringing in on a given day. You can tell that they really enjoy where they work and their patients. They take extra care to explain to me everything they’re recommending and why, and never pressure me to purchase anything not completely necessary, but explain in great detail if and why something is necessary.
Jul 09, 2025 · Christina GoberFive stars isn’t enough! This cat hospital literally saved my kitty’s life. I’ve been to several ERs and vet clinics before, and no one ever really helped—just quick visits, vague answers, and bills. But here? The experience was completely different. From the moment we walked in, every single person—from the doctors to the staff—was incredibly kind, gentle, and genuinely caring. For the first time, someone actually explained what was going on with my kitty, including his current health issues, possible causes, and treatment options. They ran all the necessary tests quickly and even called me back the very next day with updates (without me having to chase them!).My cat, who’s usually quite anxious, actually felt comfortable there—he didn’t even want to get off the scale! He sat on it like it was his throne, haha. The team handled him with so much love and care during the exam.I could clearly see that everyone here truly loves what they do and genuinely cares about cats. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for saving my little baby. He loves you guys, and he’s already feeling so much better! ❤️
Apr 17, 2025 · AnaOur 16 yr old cat lost a fight, needed some professional care. Never tried these folks before, but they accepted a walk in (unlike others near by!) Professional, quick, and caring! Was more traumatic for my wife than the cat! Plus the follow up phone calls. Highly recommend! Thank you!
Jun 19, 2025 · Mitch EpleyFirst of all, the staff are all extremely kind and helpful with all your questions and concerns. They never proceed to do anything without your full verbal consent and go over the list of everything they’re doing along with prices. They’re very quick and efficient with their work and prioritize EACH cat with its own needs. I have a VERY skiddish and anxious cat who resorts to hitting out of fear. They somehow took him in, checked out his ears, and brought him back all within 30 minutes and he seemed perfectly calm with the medication they gave me. Your cat is in 100% safe hands.Edit: I was looking through previous reviews about money issues, and i’ve never had a problem with the price or breakdown of the costs. I’ve been here twice for my cat, got all his shots and deworming as well as neutering all for under 1k (very reasonable for a small vet spot). I’ve come a second time where they tested his ears, gave me 2 meds for him as well their work for only 300. Id recommend to pay more for your pets comfortability than less somewhere they’re stressed.
Apr 25, 2025 · ange1energyI have transitioned all my cats here and love how they specialize in cats and are knowledgeable about cat specific things. 💚 It's a lot less stressful on the cats not having dogs there. They even gave my Theo a churro to make him more acclimated. 🥰 The staff are huge cat people, they truly adore and get to know the cats, and want to know all about their favorite loafing spots lol. I feel like each of my boys has a little fan club when we go 🥲 I really like Dr. Les who has been consistently monitoring my senior boy's infected chin acne with so much compassion.
