Low-Cost Cat Spay/Neuter: The core service of the clinic is providing affordable spaying for female cats ($85) and neutering for male cats ($75). These prices are designed to be highly accessible and help combat pet overpopulation.
Feral/Community Cat Spay/Neuter: They offer even lower-cost options for feral or community cats ($50), encouraging Trap-Neuter-Vaccinate-Release (TNVR) efforts which are vital for managing unowned cat populations. This often includes an ear-tip for identification.
Included Services with Surgery: The listed fee for spay/neuter typically includes the surgery itself, a physical examination to ensure the cat is healthy enough for the procedure, Rabies and distemper vaccinations (if needed and age-appropriate), and pre and post-operative pain injections to ensure comfort.
Additional Services (Optional/If Needed): While the base price is comprehensive, additional charges may apply for specific circumstances, such as:

- Treatment for fleas, intestinal worms, heartworms, ticks, and ear mites: Offered at an additional charge ($15 for one-month supply or $90 for six-month supply).
- Treatment for intestinal parasites (roundworms, hookworms, tapeworms) with topical dewormer: $20.
Vaccination & Microchip Clinics: Occasionally, the clinic also hosts specific vaccination and microchip clinics for both cats and dogs, offering essential preventative services in a focused setting.

SAFE Care Spay Neuter Clinic Reviews
This was perfect for my cats. They were kind, quick, and friendly. The website is well thought out with all details listed, everything is done online, and the prices are extremely affordable. My kitten had a great recovery after his appointment and we are taking our other kitten there next month! I recommend this place to all my friends over other places which will try to find any extra thing to charge you for. This place is SO great and they’re totally honest and upfront about any extra charges. The lady answered all my questions and gave us helpful suggestions on what to expect and how to help our kitten best recover.
Jun 19, 2025 · Summer TillittThey were very friendly and efficient. The price didn't have me trying to sell my kidney on the black market to cover it, and my two boys dont seem traumatized from the experience. 10/10
May 30, 2025 · Misty LaneI wasn’t sure what to expect going into this given the affordable price, but I was throughly pleased and impressed with the kind, helpful, and professional staff and the clean and efficient services. My vet was going to charge me nearly 5x the cost ($400 vs $75!) and didn’t have appointments available for two months! I was able to scheduled with Safe Care online easily for an appointment 1 week away. Staff was so kind, answered all my questions, and made me feel 100% confident my kitty was in good hands. I can’t recommend them enough.
Mar 14, 2025 · Madison FloydHad a great experience with the clinic getting our cat spayed. They were efficient and have this down to a science. Drop off was smooth and streamlined and pick up was as well all the same day within hours. Our cat Luna is doing well and seems to be recovering quickly with no problems. Very affordable and convenient as well.
Sep 17, 2024 · Michael SandersGreat Friendly Staff, easy process, very reasonable and for a great cause.Only issue, I have tried to schedule three cats during the same day as we lived nearly 50 minutes away, and I was told maximum two cats per day/per visit, which I have respected and had to make two trips. However upon arriving on both trips, some people were bringing three and four cats in at the same time. Not sure why that was allowed for some and not for others. Unfair :(.
