Aug 07, 2024 · Simple LifeMy only complain with this place is the communication. It is always very hard to get an appointment or get a callback. I called a week ago, sent a chat (twice) using the Otto app and still waiting for a response/callback. Even when they recommend to leave a voicemail or send a message trough chat, these seems to be not working at all. Also, the app only gives you two options, spay/neuter or Monday Vax Clinic option. How do you schedule an actual appointment then?
Jun 10, 2025 · Chris CardeDespite arriving on time for my 1:30 appointment and checking in online, I had to wait 45+ minutes for my puppy to get two shots. While waiting in the front area, there were dogs unmanaged roaming all over and countless employees kept coming in and out, despite the fact that one dog left the back area. It was not crowded at all and they for some reason had us wait for over 45 minutes. In addition, they rushed us through our appointment, failing to answer our questions that they themselves said would be addressed during this visit. However, this neglect and utter lack of care for both us and our dog can probably be explained by the pizza they received while we were waiting. If you want to endlessly wait around with a bunch of unmanaged dogs while the staff eats lunch and neglects both you and your animal , this place is perfect for you.
Jun 20, 2025 · Robert WilliamAlways bring my animals here. They're really nice and work with you. I've had my 2 cats and dog cremated through them over the past 4 years and they're really sympathetic and know that it's hard to go through when they are gone.. They're great.
