Shenandoah Animal Hospital Reviews
We took our cat here for the first time recently. The vet was absolutely fantastic. We did not feel rushed and we felt like she really listened to us and has true compassion for animals AND their owners. Finn is normally VERY difficult and stressed at the vet, but when it came time for the tech to take him and do some procedures on him she just scooped him into her arms and Finn acted like he knew her his whole life! From the front desk, to the tech, to the vet, we are so pleased and relieved to find such compassionate care. Thank you to the entire staff!
Jan 11, 2025 · BMC HarveyThank you for the amazing care you gave Lilly in her final days and as well as all her vet care during her 14 years with us. We saw a few vets over several days including questions after hours. All amazing. The diagnosis was a shock, but you helped navigate it for us. Thank you for going above and beyond for our family when we needed it. Again, Thank you! The Nicholsons
Feb 17, 2025 · Taralyn NicholsonThey are not my regular vet. I needed an appt right away with a stray kitten. Had to drive 45 minutes to Woodstock. They got us in right away and treated us like family. I will be switching and making them the only vet for my pets!!!
Aug 03, 2024 · 84 BatesI can not say enough praises about the practice. The staff is unbelievable and go above and beyond when need to be seen or have questions about an issue. I cannot thank them enough!!2 years ago:New to the practice with a puppy. The visit was great! Staff is incredible and the doctor is very personable with human and animal alike 😀! Plan on transferring my other two pets over as well.
Jul 10, 2023 · Wayne AtkinsVery concerned about my visit. Took my dog in and was told he was in critical condition. They needed $1000.00 deposit to wotlrk on him. One hour later they wanted $300 to do blood work. Thirty minutes he was ready to go home with no diagnosis. Could not find anything wrong with him. He could not walk in but he walked out two hours later. My total will was over $700.00. Left in the dark what was even wrong with him. He has been fine since then.Scratching my hear and shocked at the cost.
