Jun 23, 2025 · aMy dogs have been patients of Dr Archer for easy 20 years. Him and the staff go above and beyond to care for my dogs. He is so knowledgeable and compassionate. He truly has a gift because he cares so much for all animals. Dr. Archer and his staff explain everything that’s going on with my dogs which makes me feel confident in knowing that they’re in good hands. One of my previous dogs was so scared when she would go to the vet that She would lay underneath the seat I was sitting in. Dr Archer would get down on the floor to give her her exam so that she would feel completely comfortable. I don’t know any other vet that would do something like that to make the animal feel at ease. In my opinion, he’s like the dog whisperer. He’s so kind and gentle and that’s not something you could fake. That’s just the type of person he is. I highly recommend him and his staff to anyone that is looking for a dedicated compassionate vet for their pets.
May 08, 2025 · Lisa ProsanoI've been to a lot of vets, and the staff and vets are amazing. they are always so kind and attentive. they are sometimes busy yes, but that's a good sign for a vet! they have good hearts and deeply care about the animals and that's a lot more then i can say for vets I've been to.... Dr. Grey is fantastic and the front desk girls, techs, and assistants are as well. people need to remember that vet medicine isn't cheap hence why it is so important to get insurance for your pet! taking pricing out on the staff and bashing a business for prices isn't fair. i would 100% recommend. Dr grey got to the bottom of my cats very rare auto immune disease and reassured my paranoid mind the whole time! takes care of all my other pets as well
Feb 18, 2025 · Samantha StumpDr. Archer and his team at Shirley Veterinary Hospital and Healing Hands 4 Paws are the best of the best. I have been involved in dog rescue for years and have meet and worked with so many veterinarians from all over the world, but Dr. Archer and his staff are truly exceptional. Dr. Archer's genuine care of his patients shines through in everything he does. He personally spent so much time working with my senior golden retriever, Bailey, to make sure she was comfortable and getting all of therapies that she needed so that she could get stronger. Bailey was slow and nervous, but never once did Dr. Archer or anyone else rush her to keep on schedule. Instead, they gently encouraged her, gaining her trust, and in so doing, they developed a relationship with Bailey that allowed her to benefit greatly from her therapy. I can truly say they cared for my dog as if she were their own. I am eternally grateful for all that they did to help her.
