★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Moving to the are and looking for a new vet.Inquired about prices for exams, tech fees, vaccines, etc and was told they cannot provide that without an initial consultation (so essentially requires an exam to find out anything). They followed up saying: "The specific exams and services provided may vary based on individual needs."
August 27 · Caitlyn YuOur rescue puppy unexpectedly came down with a serious eye infection on a Sunday night. We reached out first thing Monday morning and SFAH was able to fit us in within an hour or so. They tried value-appropriate treatment until it was clear our fur-baby needed extra special love (cost) with IV treatments. They had options for our furbaby's care and reached out for advice from other clinics that specialized in eye care, all during an impending ice storm. They were calm, communicative and detailed in their discussion of the condition and treatment options. Overall, a stellar experience, highly recommend
May 05 · Stephanie JonesSouth Forsyth Animal Hospital is the very best vet! They have the best doctors: Dr. Cheryl O'Neal, Dr. Lisa Hillier, and Dr. Miranda Merz are so wonderful. The wonderful doctors and phenomenal staff were able to save my beautiful sweet Cavi's life when she had stomach surgery. Her name is Belle. We have been going back to them for year after year because they are such a great vet practice. Their wonderful front staff who I've dealt with a lot are the front office receptionists: Alexis Hasbrouck , Lisa Kramer, Paula Barber, and Reagan Woods. They are always such a wonderful breath of fresh air to deal with. They are all so friendly and amicable! Paige Price one of the many wonderful veterinary technicians always is so very kind and very good to my dog! And, Erin Kutner another veterinary technician has been so very good to help with problems with my dog and her background is amazing. And Charlie is such a great groomer. And, most importantly, he is so gentle and good with Belle! He does great work! Hope I'm not leaving anyone else out. They are all so very wonderful people there. If you ever have a critter to take care of the best vets in the world come from UGA or Auburn. What a great vet to have! Again, I would highly recommend South Forsyth Animal Hospital as a wonderful vet to go to for all of your wonderful family pet needs!
November 05 · ERIC GRAHAMDr. Hillier was so nice and very helpful for the treatment that we went to SFAH to receive. However, I really hope they read these and I have something specific I want to say. My dog needed several prescriptions and they don’t cooperate with Chewy anymore, meaning they won’t take their phone calls. However, at no time during our 3 visits to SFAH and interactions with at least 6 different people and multiple phone calls did anyone ever offer to sell us those prescriptions and tell us the cost of them. Not once was it ever mentioned. So I requested those prescriptions and they made it as difficult as humanly possible, which of course made me more determined than ever to fill them somewhere else. Maybe they were somewhat competitive in price - who knows??
February 12 · Lyla Z. ParkerI cannot say enough wonderful things about SFAH. We have 4 dogs and we have had nothing but an amazing experience since 2016. Dr O'neal, Dr Hillier, Dr Merz and the entire staff from the front desk to the techs are professional, knowledgeable and really fun to work with. You just don't get service like this anywhere else.
