Jul 01, 2025 · Karen RhodesI called this guy without having time to read reviews because I had an emergency situation. I paged his emergency line repeatedly only to wait for nearly 2 hours for a call back. When he finally decided to call back I told him I had a cat that needed immediate medical attention and he told me that he wasn't coming over to the clinic right now and maybe he could meet me in 4 hours. He seemed so cold hearted and unfortunately the cat passed away. This dude doesn't care about pets/animals he went into this line of work for money. Take your pets somewhere else.

Jul 22, 2024 · Ronald FredetteBought my puppy in to see Rod for our first trip to the vet. Shots were given and i got such a great vibe from him. So we choose to stay a permanent client. Rod also spayed her and is very open about givinginformation for after care. Her scar healed nicely. During conversations you can tell he really cares about animal's .
Mar 20, 2023 · Elizabeth BeauchampI called twice after hours about my cat. Waited a day with no call back!? I called his emergency line and told him it wasn't an emergency but wanted to know if I could be seen and could he call me back. The Vet was very rude and told me this line is only for emergencies three times and wouldn't listen to me. I was only on his emergency line for under 30 seconds. He was totally rude and I just hung up. I apologized for taking up 25 seconds on his emergency line. Oh he said, "I was busy or something." That's why he never called back. Listen people there's lots of other Vets in the area why bother with this BOZO!
