Had read info on their website regarding feral cats, catch in trap, bring to facility Monday-Thursday before 8:15 and they will get procedure done, no appointment necessary…..I confirmed with phone call. I trap the cat Wednesday night and have to them at 7:50 Thursday just to have them tell me they can’t take it without an appointment because they are booked up. They said bring it back Monday…..to turn it loose and “catch again” Sunday…….acted like no big deal to catch a feral cat……this cat will NEVER go back in a trap.So I suggest you do not take the time to go to this facility without an appointment…..Web site strongly leads you to believe that if you go to the trouble to catch the animal and get it to them that they will do their part……not necessarily the case.
