Animal Birth Control Clinic Reviews
I was blown away at how easy it was to schedule our appointment, their responses were really quick and very kind. Amazed at how well organized they are and how much care they give. Everyone we interacted with was kind and considerate. I’ve paid three times the price before, elsewhere, with rude service and little to no care shown. The place was clean, process and instructions are clear with several options to communicate with them (online, email, call and text). We need more people and services like this.Keep doing the good work! It IS appreciated!
June 07 · Kathryn WilliamsI have not had problems with my cats' appointments before until now. First they could not find the records of my cats and then they had my area code incorrect. I was very upset. They fortunately worked him in. :(
August 21 · Helen BoyseI have mixed feelings about this clinic. Up until today and the way I was treated so rudely by a staff member there, this would have been a more positive review. However today as I was dropping off my dog for surgery, I was treated rudely not once, but twice. No one deserves to be treated or spoken down to like the way I was today. This would have been a 1-star review if it wasn’t for the manager who I filed a complaint to being so nice. I’m quite certain I’ll never go back to this clinic again, nor bring my other two dogs there, which I was considering. There’s too many other options in Waco for excellent veterinary clinics. I’ve been to some of the others, and yes they may be more expensive but I’ve never once been treated by ANY of them the way I was treated today. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere and have a better experience.
April 26 · Danielle M.Super nice technicians. My Olive's surgery was on time and they counsel you about care. The doctor looked at Olive's skin and informed me she had a staph infection. They have an in-house pharmacy so I could get her medicine quickly. And my sweet girl was given lots of hugs!
June 28 · Kerry ChildersI took my 6 year old dog here today for the first time. I’ve only had him for 3-4 months and he has shown signs of aggression. They did amazing with him and got what they needed done!!
