This willingness to "understand that it's just the way he is" and to "work with him despite his bark" speaks to a level of patience and understanding that is invaluable for pet owners who have animals with special behavioral or health challenges.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Took Bailee several times paid lots $$$$ for prednisone (which I've told him several times he can't take it) kept telling me he was fine but he's not fine he is full of tumors! He's inoperable. I called Dr Sachs office to let them know that they say he is fine but he's not fine he is full of tumors and Rachel said OH OK and hung up on me. So rude and unsympathetic and unprofessional! My baby may have been able to had surgery but Dr Sachs kept saying he's fine.
July 02 · shannon garrisonI have a head strong Beagle that has been called unruly and I’ve been told by a local vet to not bring him back to them. The bad thing about my dog is that he has horrible allergies and chronic ear infections, bad knees, and is just a hot mess. Dr. Sachs and the team work with him and do the best they can to get him in and out. They understand that it’s just the way he is and work with him despite his bark. I love this vets office and Dr. Sachs so much for doing what other vets said were impossible.
July 03 · Ashley BeardThere’s no words I can express to thank the staff and Dr Sachs. They got my baby in the minute I walked through the door with him and did surgery to relieve his kidney stones within 2 hrs of me getting there with him. Dr Sachs showed me his X-rays and explained precisely what he was going to do to give him the relief he needed and then afterwards he showed me again what he’d done and how to care for him. It’s torture to have to leave your loved baby somewhere but Dr Sachs reassured me he’d be back home with me by 5:30 and he was in my arms at that time. Great Dr, compassion and understanding for you and your loved fur baby! Mojo and I are so grateful for you and your staff!
March 20 · Ashley BurnsTook my dog there for the first time today, and I will definitely be back! My dog had an upset stomach and I apologized to the front desk as she had an accident in the lobby, the front desk (I believe Lisa) was so nice and understanding! I was upset and she calmed me down. Then one of the younger nurses tested my dog and was checking her out and she was so sweet to my dog. Doctor Matthew went above and beyond for my fur baby! I will be going to this vet now on with my fur babies! PLUS the price is so much cheaper than my hometown vets so the drive is worth it for me!
August 06 · Morgan BooneI took my two kittens (Reno and Geno) in for their "tummy tucks" (neuter) as I politely call it. The staff is superb and Dr. Matthew Sachs is by far the very best Veterinarian I have ever encountered. I definitely highly recommend him for everyone who loves their fur babies and want expert care for them.
