★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Decided to switch vets when I got my new puppy, they had a 3 month wait, but being she needed puppy shots they got me in when she was due again for her 3rd set. First visit there was great. Dr Myers and the vet tech are amazing! So kind and caring and Dr. Myers is so personable and loves up on your fur babies. Best decision ever going there and they are very affordable also! Taking my cats there too now. Thank you for the great care of my Daisy!
May 28 · jaime kurtzI had to put my dog Coco to rest, and they were very helpful and caring. Very nice people.
June 26 · deb krupinskiLet me begin with the Vet here is very nice. But, the entire staff is derelict in their duty. My first appointment with one of my dogs. I was there 2 hours!!!! We were the only people there. Anytime you go there to purchase medicines, the staff ignores you. They're too busy chatting with each other or everybody's chatting with another client which is fine. But somebody can greet you, somebody can stop flappen their gums and turn to the person who walked in and say, hi, we'll be with you in just a moment. There is no customer service here. Every time you call, if they answer, you don't get a return call, then you have to call back days later. They always give you the same. Excuse oh we're shorthanded we're this we're that. No, you don't tell you're clients that, you apologize and tell them you're sorry and then fix the problem. I called recently about an Rx for an elderly dog. Chewy called them that same day and a week later they still had not contacted chewy about the Rx. So I called, I got the whole song and dance that can take up to 5 business days for them to return a message from chewy to refill, a Rx. But it was 7 business days. Again, excuses with office managers, switching positions, being short staffed. The office manager then had the nerve to tell me I was lucky that they even saw my dogs in Nov of 2024 because the vet is very busy and I should be grateful. WHAT!? If you're that busy, then don't take any more clients. Don't give crappy service because you don't have your act together. Then blame it on the clients that you see. The final straw was I noticed that my oldest dog, who's 13, was supposed to have her rabies vaccine at her appt back in the fall when we were in. It is now July 2025!! When I called, they said they'd have to call me back and see when they could fit me in since they were booked out into September. What?! No, you made an error and b. My dog should have been seen that day.Just to get her vaccine. I live on the edge of woods, and our trail cam shows we have raccoons, skunk, foxes, possums, running through our yard, and I'm supposed to not have my dogs vaccinated !!!? Went through all my dog's paperwork today, another of my dogs is late on her distemper and rabies. I discovered this after contacting their old vet office in another state. The office manager also lied and said, my dog could still get the 3 year rabies vaccine, even though it has been almost ten months since her last rabies vaccine. I called the Tennessee veterinary licensing board, and they said that is not true. My dog needs to start over with a one year. Then she can have a three year next year. I have owned dogs, my entire life. I've never had a veterinary office, not keep legal records or decent records, and not notify clients that the dogs need their vaccines. EVER. If you bring your dogs here, you are risking their health, possible death or contacting Rabies. This office staff does not know what the heck, they are doing. I am filing a complaint with the Tennessee Veterinary License Board. They're only getting one star because the vet was very sweet.
July 21 · Momof3 MCThis was the best decision I have ever made. I had been going to my previous vet for 9 yrs. so it was very hard to leave them. Highland is caring and kind. I love Dr. Meyers and her staff. Very affordable too.
March 09 · Gayla HummelBrought our sweet lab Duke in to be put down. We weren’t able to make an appointment 24 hours in advance but the very kind staff and vet made sure the got us in. Duke wasn’t ever a patient of theirs and I’m pretty sure they squeezed us in on what should have been their lunch. Thank God for their kindness and understanding. They treated him as if he was their own and even gave him snacks. I am forever thankful to all of them for helping my dukey boy finally get rest.
