★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Doctor Bates, josh, and their techs were amazing in helping me in the final days with my pig, Bonnie. They were extremely accommodating and were the only place willing to help me. As someone who also works in the animal industry, they seem to have genuine care and compassion towards the animals they help and their owners. They were realistic, but empathetic which I appreciate. Some places will run you broke with the false promise of a healthy animal at the end of it. I also found their prices extremely reasonable considering the services that I needed. I work for the crematorium she was sent to, and they even followed up with my coworkers about how we were doing. We were listened to, accommodated, and helped. Thank yall from the bottom of my heart.
May 22 · Dannie BradberryI can always count on Dr. Bates being there for any of my animal needs. The price outbeats anyone and the care and devotion and the constant callback they give to check on your loved ones. One of our cats that somebody dropped off in our yard had to have emergency surgery, on her broken hip. She didn't hesitate to get her in and get the job done and call to make sure she's OK. I highly recommend her. Forever, your patient, the Curtis family.
June 26 · Jaimie CurtisSo thankful for the compassionate and caring groomer that helped in a crisis! My pup got sprayed by a skunk and she went above and beyond to aid me in getting my boy a good bath to attempt to reduce the smell and discomfort. She communicated with me every step of the way and took on a spur of the moment Saturday groom. Thankful for the friendly office staff as well for their kind words!
March 08 · Shelby JohnsonI liked it just fine. I went there for years with our dogs. Two of our dogs passed away several years ago.I went 2 yrs without a dog, but I'm a widow & it was so lonely. So I've taken my new dog in twice over the last 5-6 mos.I was SHOCKED at what I had to pay. The Vet looked at my 8 mos old puppy & the bill for ear drops & giving her a look over, was I think about $138.As a 71 yr old widow (husband passed 5 yrs & 1 mo. ago, only get a S.S. check, that hurt.I like it fine there & we used Dr. Enoch for about 30 yrs with our two previous dogs, but prices have increased so much, that I definitely need/hope at least CHECK AROUND & see IF there are any Vet's that might have a lower cost, OR, maybe give Seniors a discount. I'm 71.Thank you for listening.
July 15 · T. SmithA semi-feral cat had 4 kittens under a raised dog bed on my back patio. All started exhibiting eye problems (discharge and crusting shut). On Monday, Dr. Kulpa examined 2 and showed me how to clean their eyes and apply ointment. I am happy to report that this morning (Thursday), all awakened with clean and open eyes. Many thanks to Dr. Kulpa for her patience, instructions, knowledge and kindness! I highly recommend her services.
