★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I really did love this place. I recommend it to several people after having my dog fixed a few years ago. He was a wild one, but everyone was so nice and handled him so well. However, I got my female cat fixed a few days ago and am not nearly as impressed. On the way to the clinic my cat got nervous in the car and used the potty in her crate. I informed one woman upon drop off and offered to clean it out, but she ignored me. I informed a second woman and she just said “ok” but gave me nothing to clean it out with. So I assumed (being as they work with animals) that they would clean it out and all would be well. I get there the next morning and pick up my baby just to find they had left it in there. I understand not wanting to clean it out, but they left her in a cat carrier with an open wound and a pile of cat crap. Not only is that disgusting, it is also extremely dangerous. It could easy cause an infection.
June 19 · Janice BeatyExtremely important program here in Sumner County offering affordable spay/neuter surgery, vaccinations, and microchipping. The gentleman I spoke to over the phone to add vaccinations to my German Sheppard, Val's spay appointment was exceptionally helpful and courteous. He was also very patient and knowledgeable as I asked him about the options for her vaccinations and the importance of each. I have had a wonderful experience with this company and we (me and Val) appreciate their services, as well as, their kind, caring treatment of Val and the extraordinary customer service I experienced speaking with this gentleman. Unfortunately, this type of customer service is becoming fewer and more far between! So I definitely wanted to express my appreciation amd gratitude!Thank you guys so much Sumner Spay and Neuter Alliance!!
August 01 · JessIt’s important to be greeted with a smile and a warm “Hello” at the place you are trusting your fur baby with. From the moment I arrived they were all very welcoming and ready to assist me. This place is amazing the work they are doing is so essential. I adopted an adorable lil foster kitten here. They were very thorough with information on our kitten and set us up with a carrying container since we did not have one. We are excited what the future holds for us and our new fur baby, Russell! Keep up the good work, folks!
