★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We take all our pets here Dr. Miller is amazing she’s very compassionate and caring so are the vet techs. We’ve had to put down two pets in the past 8+ years going here they are very respectful and caring. They give you time to love on your pet till it’s time to say goodbye. They let you stay with your pet all the way till they pass. They do it very humanly, they offer cremation which is what we chose for our pets we had to say goodbye to. I’d definitely recommend TLC to take your pets to for care all the way from nail trimming to having to stay goodbye to your fur baby 💕.
April 11 · Sandra ClevengerI understand it's expensive to maintain a business but they have taken me and my family for a ride. I've had to pay alot of money for flea medication and appointment to have them take there weight and give me the same flea medication they have already taking and to tell me I cannot buy more because they don't have any in stockAt one point they made me pay for what was clearly labeled as a free sample given to them by the supplier. I've been going here for years but after they moved the most important thing seems to be the bottom line. Thank you for your services good luck in the future. We are taking our animals to one of the many many vets around.
June 11 · Positive mental attitude PMAWe took our German Sheperd/Springer Spaniel in today for an ongoing double ear infection. Our experience was wonderful. From the front desk to the vet assistant to the Veternarian, everyone was kind, professional, and knowledgeable. The facility was easy to find and very clean and cozy. I appreciate that I didn't feel judged for having tried at home remedies first before I brought him in. The cost was fair and and everyone was very down to earth. Max will continue his care here with this great team!
March 26 · Jenni BrownFirst off I want to thank the entire staff for the love and care they have given my family over the years. I had an difficult to handle dog that they gave the absolute best care to. Last month we had to put him down and every staff member we interacted with was kind and gentle with us during the process. The love and attention that they gave him and the fact that they let us be with him loving him in his final moments was priceless. The front desk staff was amazing and gentle when I had to pick up his ashes and they sent us a heartfelt note that while it made me cry is so meaningful to my family. Thank you for so many great years of vet service and thank you for the love and care you gave my bubby.
April 18 · Bethany ComstockThe vet's compassionate care for my sick dog was truly heartwarming. Her expertise and gentle approach made a difficult time much easier for both of us. She was on the floor, eye level with my guy and he was extremely comfortable with her.
