★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I just sent by dog baby over the rainbow bridge. I’ve done this at least 10 times in my 70 years. It’s not always gone well. I want to commend Lacey banfield for making this as smooth as possible. You have deepest thanks and appreciation for helping me through this tough time. 🐾💕
June 26 · Debbie MutkaKnowledgeabl, Fast, efficient, Fun, and Caring Staff make taking my my best friend to see the doctor’s so much easier, fun and friendly! Not to mention the most wonderful Doctors to trust your pet to in their time of need, no matter the need!On your way in, or out you can stop and get pet supplies as well as see you’re local groomers for a cut and a fluff!!!The fun thing is you get to bring you best friends with you!!! What a better place there could be? Bring the family and make and afternoon of it and even give yourself and your best friend a lesson. It can help you both and those around you and your pet!!! It definitely can’t hit any of us? Right!!See you there….
April 02 · Don RondoHad to do a “drop off” appointment on a Saturday morning. Check in was easy and efficient, and kitty was back home just a few hours later. I didn’t need x rays but they are able to do them there. Grateful to have this place near me and how quickly I can get kitty scheduled
May 11 · AngelaWe had been taking my dog Cali there for a couple years. Everything was good service for a while. She got a diagnosis during her annual checkup ( 2 years ago) of a small tumor that was benign and she needed to be spayed but likely wouldn't survive. Also way overpriced! They started talking about end of life care as our only option. I don't feel like we were treated well in that specific case. Another note, in January or February she got dental extractions done. The dental surgery went good however she did develop a bacterial infection on her mammary glands that seemed to spiral into worse health problems, that ultimately led to her death later on. I suspect the kennels used for holding pets during services are not well cleaned! Also be wary up signing up for the wellness plans. They work out fine if you plan to stick with Banfield. Unfortunately my baby girl Cali died just yesterday, after starting a list of health problems. I still have to pay monthly payments for it while my dog is no longer here! I wish there was an exception for pets who have passed away. I did get two months off from my payments but it still absolutely sucks! Just caution with this place please.
April 17 · alexis HI have had such a good experience with Banfield vet services at my local Petsmart! I wish I’d been using them much sooner. Allthe staff I have dealt with have been friendly, profesional and so good with my pets. And their prices are much more fair than the previous vets I’ve been using in the past several years. They also don’t have to schedule months in advance, which is another problem I’ve had at my previous vets offices. I haven’t had a pet that needed to be spayed in many years and so I was worried about the care of my pet and the cost, but their process really eased my stress!Their Wellness Plans are a really great option, too, and help to both keep costs lower but also to spread out the cost over the year. I’m so glad a new friend mentioned the great experience she has had with them so I gave them a try.Thank you, Banfield!
