★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This vet is ANOTHER LEVEL of good. The quality of care that Dr. Bower has provided to our special-care cat is above and beyond anything that I could have hoped for. Her extreme empathy, clinical knowledge, and amazing responsiveness cannot be overstated; and in providing such excellent care she is not only making a difference in the quality of life for our kitty, but she is also reducing stress and anxiety in us as we try to nail-down a treatment plan. If you are a new pet-owner or new to the area and you need a great vet clinic, I highly recommend VCA & Dr. Bower.
March 18 · Bree BullingerWe adopted a kitten, Cheeto, not long who had a pretty bad URI, possible feline herpes from being a stray. His name is Cheeto and is a spotted orange tabby. The shelter said he received most of his antibiotics, which I’m finding hard to believe now, and think we should only give most antibiotics through injection so we can slow down the resistances we are seeing all over the world to our most basic medications. If you’re sick enough and need it, you’ll get a shot. But I digress.Cheeto has gone from a hyper vigilant stray, to a couch potato in about a week. When we first got him he wouldn’t let anyone touch him. He had a thick black crust over his nose and we kept trying to work with him so we could help get it off. The best we came up with was shooing him into the bathroom with the shower steaming it up so he could at least sneeze some of it out.Once we got him to the vet, they cleared his nose out, and got him on some consistent medication he changed within days. I think the hyper vigilance was more from him being very uncomfortable all the time and not being able to breathe well. That will panic just about anyone or any animal. Anyways, we wanted to thank you and send some pictures of how he is now. I think you will agree this is far from the same scared, sickly kitten that came in. About 90% of the hyper vigilance is already gone. I have no doubt within another couple weeks he will be a normal member of our family with those behaviors being a distant memory.
January 25 · Ken AultmanBeware of deceptive practices, demeaning behavior from staff, outrageous prices, unknowingly fees, and horrible services. Shame on you Dr Bower. No Exceptions I will never return. You need to contact me!My 2 dogs are my life.
August 29 · Lisa HiltsAwesome place! Ella loves going and visiting everyone at the Lacey VCA. Everyone seems to go out of their way to help out and answer any questions I might have. I wouldn't want to take Ella anywhere else!
July 29 · ShellieThe Vets are both very nice people. They recognize how much you love your hairy baby. Their prices are reasonable as well. I highly recommend VCA Animal Hospital on Pacific Ave in Lacey, WA
