★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I've been bringing my cat Suki here for some years now, and the doctors and staff have treated us with the best care. We've been navigating her journey with diabetes, and Dr. Lovell provides knowledge and resources that we can trust. Pat at the front desk and Natalie the tech are always so patient and helpful with my girl Suki. We love coming here because it's always quality care
February 16 · Michelle VazquezTownline is an independent small business. The staff and the doctors are all such nice compassionate people! They have hours that are very convenient. We switched from a national company that was always trying to upsell services and had difficulty making timely appointments. We very happy that we discovered Townline Animal Hospital.
June 07 · Gary HeymannResponse to your reply, I understand your need to cover your bases, but what you are saying is just plain false. I cannot help that i look like I do, but to insinuate that I was disrespectful is a blatant lie. I do not appreciate your smear and you all never mentioned any drugs until the last visit. I work with children and families for a living, being mean and disrespectful goes against the grain of what I am and do. Thank you for showing who you are, glad to be going elsewhere. Drugging pets to make your job easier under the guise of something else is a joke, good luck to youOriginal post:Have a dog that like most dogs is uncomfortable getting shots and being manhandled by strangers, and instead of spending a minute or two each visit to gain his trust, which my pup gives very quickly, they immediately manhandle him and make it much worse. Instead of spending a moment to say hello and give him a treat to help calm him down, they would rather push drugs to 'calm him down'. If you have a dog that is mindful of strange places, recommend going elsewhere as they do not have the patience to gain the dog's trust, they would rather have you drug the scared pup. Also, when I responded that I do not believe in drugging and perhaps they could spend a minute of saying, "Hello" and "good dog" prior to shots and grabbing, and saying I would rather not get my dog stoned just to make their job easier. They "politely" told me my dog is not a good fit for them anymore and to go elsewhere. Figures! They charge an arm and a leg for their services anyway, blessing in disguise.
April 18 · Joseph taylorDo NOT and I repeat DO NOT take your beloved companion to this practice. Not only are the doctors and staff not empathetic to their clients but they also do not treat their patients with care. If you would like to pay over $100 for an exam for the doctor to lift up an ear or two and walk around your pet because she is afraid of animals (what are you doing in this field?!?!?!?!) and not even do the minimal exam for the patient... then this is your place. The practice seems to remain open as a hangout place for the staff more than a well ran facility to help animals. Staff are glued to phones with or without patients and clients in facility. While in exam rooms you can hear staff belittling clients and speaking trash about situations going on with their pets. Instead of giving the proper care they rather say “ew im not touching it” and can hear them trying to pass it over to the next employee or doctor. Their handling of patients is appalling and none of the staff seem to WANT to properly care for the patient due to lack of knowledge or training. Myself as well as two friends have unfortunately taken their pets here and will never step foot into Townline again. ESPECIALLY FOR SURGICAL NEEDS!!!! Driving the extra few miles for emergency or other clinic IS WORTH THE TIME AND MONEY for your beloved pet!!!!!
June 09 · Adan LehureGreat service! We are always able to get an appointment when needed. My poor Aurora had a cyst on her neck. Cleaned her up, meds and on our way we go. Love that they always suggest the simplest solution first.
