★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1I knew my baby Remi was not going to be with us much longer(he lived a long full life, 14yo) so I took him to another office to be examined. They were not comforting at all and were quick to want to put him down. The cost was ridiculous as well. I was referred to Tracy Animal Hospital by my sister so I called and was able to bring him the next day. They confirmed what I was fearing. They didn't rush me but gave me time to spend with Remy. I brought him in the next day as scheduled. They were so kind and gentle with us. They allowed me stay with Remy to the very end. They didn't rush me out but insisted I stay to say all the goodbyes I needed to say. The price was also reasonable for his cremation. The staff was great, understanding and very loving. Thank you for being there in this difficult time. God bless you all. 🙏
August 22 · Angela FuentesDr. Tracy and the staff are my dog Sasha’s guardian angel. Sasha had a tumor the size of my fist. They removed it and were very reasonable and now Sasha is back to running and playing and living a happy life. I really can’t put into words how grateful me and Sasha are. Thank you Dr. Tracy and staff for extending my dogs life and making us both very happy. Also the level of care was beyond what I was used to, they followed up with us and always answered any questions I had during, before, and after the whole experience. There are no words in the English language that can express how thankful and happy we are.
March 18 · Brett MendezDr Traci is an excellent doctor. We’ve been boarding our dogs here and he’s so reasonable. Everyone here is so caring with our dogs. Our cattle dog has cancer and they always give him his medication when we’re away. I’m blessed this clinic is so close to my home, as we’ve moved her 2 years ago. Thank you for caring for Blaze and Archie.
September 20 · Allyson HennenHello...I am Benji Joy's mother. I want to give my review for this beautiful place where my baby dog had surgery 4 days ago, they were very kind and careful.I left him at 7:30am and they didn't give him to me until 2:30pm, because they made sure he had woken up well from his anesthesia.I picked it up with a lot of energy, which made me have peace and tranquility and we continued recovering. And the wound healed very well after only 4 days.
March 25 · Jaybed CrespoI will start this review by saying the service is fine. Probably worth 4 stars. But after speaking with Tracy face to face about paying for, and receiving a product my pet did not need, I walked away unconvinced that my concerns were taken seriously or that they would be addressed with the staff for potential learning opportunities.Ultimately, the takeaway from my experience as a customer is this:Read the fine print on all of the products that you purchase to ensure that they are actually needed for your pets situation. Do not assume or expect the staff to educate you on the products unprompted. To exemplify this I can attest that one staff member asked me when I showed up to propose my complaint and request a refund, "...why didn't you ask questions...". This essentially puts the full responsibility on the customer to know what questions to ask and what to look for. With that said, once you've given your pet the medicine you paid for, there will, under no circumstances be any form of compensation. No refund, and no credit toward future office visits etc.Again... I recommend this clinic, but if you are a customer here please be mindful or you could walk away paying more than what is needed.
