★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1After taking my dog repeatedly to his vet for the last 10 years with what i thought were side effects from taking insulin, I decided to give Triangle Veterinary Hospital a try. My dog was collapsing without any interactions, lethargic after taking insulin. I became worried when I heard him cough and then silence a few days ago, he was lifeless on the floor. Dr. Miller, Tremaine and the rest of the staff jumped into action for my little boy, I called this morning and they made room for us. Dr. Miller explained everything to me in layman's term. My boy has fluid around his heart but with the special care that we received today I am sure he's gonna be alright. Dr. Miller is very knowledgeable around diabetes and heart issues and a great teacher.❤️
August 18 · Meda ConnorI had to get my dogs teeth cleaned and when I picked him up Reggie the vet told me that he had to have several teeth removed and went over the procedure and everything that I needed to do for care and recovery. I highly recommend Reggie and Triangle Veterinary. They were very courteous and kind and caring. Thank you to Reggie and all the staff. My dog “Boo” thanks you even more!
August 08 · Charles SeagleWe recently took our adopted shelter dog here. Dr Pooch and Dr Miller gave our dog the best care possible here. They are very knowledgeable, friendly, and compassionate. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a great small animal vet in the Triangle area. The entire staff here are wonderful as well!
August 13 · Kaitlyn BarnardMy dog had been having a 10 day, bad reaction to a rabies vaccine. When I brought her there, she had been vomiting, had bloody stool, had been lethargic, and had an elevated heart rate with severe itching. I can’t tell you how grateful I am for the staff at the triangle veterinary hospital. They cared for my dog as if it were their own, and the vet, Joanna Wilson, was not only patient in listening to the problems, but was very professional and detailed when articulating what course of action needed to be taken. The whole visit was seamless, and helped us feel that our dog was receiving the best care possible. I highly recommend this facility. Thank you, TVRH!
May 17 · Theresa KonkelDr. Josh Warren and Dr. Dawn Lanza of Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital sent our family home with the wrong discharge papers after surgery. and told us that our dog was doing great and would recover well at home. As a result of receiving the wrong discharge information, our dog was impacted by over medication of Tramadol and Trazadone. The wrong discharge papers also did not include vital information on how to express our dog's bladder. When we notified Triangle Veterinary about his unexpected death, we asked the receptionist to have Dr. Warren to call us as soon as possible. He did not. We had to call back three days later. He admitted the error with regard to the discharge papers and stated his office would "work to make changes so that it did not happen again.". We lost our beloved family member because we did not get the correct discharge information during the discharge process. We do not recommend that you take your family member to Triangle Veterinary Referral Hospital. We won our small claims case in Durham County and also filed a complaint against both veterinarians through the North Carolina Veterinary Medical Board.
