★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We learned of this facility when our dog Bailey got injured on something in our yard. We have been bringing him back periodically for nail clippings since. Today we brought Bailey and our other dog Elio for their Rabies shots. Everyone is helpful and patient. The dogs are of course a little stressed but the staff is calm and patient with them.
July 13 · Brad HunterThe vets are like used car salesman. They will try and extract you like a Las Vegas slot machine. My 12 yo pup went in there as I was noticing blood in the urine during our daily walks expecting to just get treated for a urinary tract infection. She has been healthy all her life, eats and drinks as usual. There was recent new dry dog food and new treats. Unbelievably $1500 dollars later because they scared me to death with “it could be a stone, we have to do urinary test, blood test, MRI (and while we are at it), let’s test her for Cushing’s syndrome (cause her paws and genital area are a bit inflamed and red from over licking-I’m thinking it’s really allergies) Oh and btw, did you know her lymph nodes are inflamed and she has hind leg tremors-I told them that it could be from Simparica, a flea and ticks oral once a month medication that she has been on for a yr or so-that have these side effects.ALL THE TESTS WERE NEGATIVE, just nitrates in the urine which is to be expected for blood in urine, they put her on 14 days antibiotics, after 1 day of it, the blood went away, I completed the course of antibiotics. They put her on GABAPENTIN (for humans it’s used for nerve pain) -this portion was really never explained to me as she didn’t exhibit signs of being in pain, yelping on touch or not eating or drinking.AFTER 3 DAYS OF BEING ON GAPAPENTIN , my pup started walking weird, she could barely get up, I had to hand feed her for a couple of days and or bring her to her dish. I called in tears and very fearful, conveniently the vet that treated her and ordered her the meds was on vacation. I asked them to have him call me. HE NEVER DID , so I went through the credit card company to get my money back. It has been 4-5 wks since she has been off GABAPENTIN and she is not 100% back to her normal gait before we took her in this place. They refused stating I needed another vet to reassess my pup.SO, SPEND MORE MONEY .GOOGLE GABAPENTIN SIDE EFFECT FOR DOGS, AND IT HAS VERY CAUSTIC SIDE EFFECTS TO DOGS INCLUDING ATAXIC GAIT!!!The video is 2 wks after being off gabapentin. She used to be able to walk 2-5 miles and run, now she can barely walk 50-100 ft.IT WAS SO MUCH WORST, where she could not even get up!!! After 3-4 days of being on that poison!DO NOT GET FOOLED WITH THE 5 STAR REVIEWS, THOSE PEOPLE WERE WANTING A $10.00 DISCOUNT OFF OF THE HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS THEY HAVE TO SPEND.
August 09 · D DahliaI brought my dog in for the first time after moving to Antioch, and it was an amazing experience! The front desk was so nice, my dog took a liking to them right away and she normally does not like to get near new people. The assistant Jessica and Dr. Navreen were super nice and helpful. They really took in my concern and gave me possible answers. Her previous vets actually said it was normal…. So I’m not too happy that my dog has potentially had something going on for long. I really recommend this place though, the location and people are really lovely ♡
July 12 · Claudia BarreraThe staff are amazing! Veronica, Amy, Amber and Doc Mak were so kind and helpful, they took great care of Minnie. You can really tell they care. Highly recommend!
June 07 · Andrew PaloyoDr.Nav is the best vet I’ve ever worked with. I have three babies and she’s seen and taken amazing care of all of them. Animals are not cheap and neither is their care. Lone tree is fairly priced and you received top notch care/service here. The staff is helpful and friendly. I drive an hour and a half to this vet because I truly have never found a vet that I trust more. In tough situations they are compassionate and understanding. I have always received thorough explanations for each service when I ask. I have never felt pushed to do any service. I can honestly say Dr.Nav advises/advocates for the best course of care for each of my babies and for that I will forever be grateful!
