★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We received prompt and thorough care for my dog yesterday. The check in process was seamless and the doctor and the technician spent time walking me through their recommended treatment plan.I chose the most cost efficient option because their policy to come back if our pup needed additional testing is very fair.Thank you to everyone who helped us on 5/25/25, your compassion and professionalism is truly appreciated.
May 26 · chelsea TaylourAmazing team! From phone call to finishing up the appointment we were treated with such care! Our beloved Marshall was suffering and ultimately had to be euthanized. The entire staff were caring and helpful each step of the way. Their waiting area is welcoming and designed for your comfort if you need to settle in for a long visit. The doctor and his staff were patient with our family as we grieved over Marshall. No rushing us at all.I will ALWAYS choose this clinic for all of my pets emergency care! They respected my budget restraints by explaining each procedure and its price before they did anything. No surprise billing. Just compassionate care.10 STARS!
April 21 · S J HootsThey treated my baby, Spot with kindness and compassion. The clinic is very transparent about cost. It's high, but it is an emergency clinic and medical care isn't cheap. Spot's vet tech was absolutely amazing and after meeting her and the vet I knew my cat was loved on and taken care of like I felt he should've been. When I had to make the decision to make the choice no pet parent wants to make, I felt the entire clinic was was there for Spot and me. Again I really want to thank his vet tech (I wish I could remember her name (she's blonde)) she was an angel in scrubs for me at an extremely difficult time.
June 28 · Salem CullPlease do not take your pets here if you care about them or your wallet. The only reason the reviews are so high is because they offer you a discount to leave a review. Two bad experiences here over the years with my dog and my cat. Rude staff.
August 24 · Ruby TimmonsIt was not the outcome we expected nor wanted but we couldn’t have picked a better place. We brought our dog in, he had to have surgery, once opened up it was FAR worse then expected. We sadly had to make the decision to put Roo down. Dr DeSimone was absolutely 100% top notch. He let me see Roo, spend time with him prior to surgery, dealt with my crying, all my questions, and I 100% knew he would do anything and everything he could do for our pup. James was supportive, but honest. Didn’t sugar coat anything, but kept a positive attitude until it was time. I wish they were in Dallas because it would be my only vet clinic for small animals. The additional staff- front desk to techs etc were also very helpful and friendly. Entire situation sucks, but his last night here on earth he had an entire team fighting for him and in my mind it was one of the best. Thank you James, and entire staff. RIP Roo 💔
