★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Do NOT take your pet to U-VET!We had an absolutely heartbreaking and frustrating experience. After waiting for hours, we were sent home with nothing but an anti-stress medication for our cat, despite paying over $1,300 using Pet Care Credit. Our cat was suffering from a urinary blockage, which we clearly communicated. He needed IV fluids and antibiotics to flush out the blockage—standard, critical treatment. Instead, they discharged him with minimal care and no proper explanation. We even purchased the expensive urinary treatment food from them, trusting their guidance. Now, our cat is worse than ever and declining fast, and we’re left emotionally drained and financially exploited. This clinic failed our pet in every way. We trusted them with his life, and they sent him home untreated. Please think twice before bringing your animal here. They do not prioritize care, and what happened to us should never happen to another family. The world should know about this place and the pain and suffering they add to the family's who just needed help with their pets.
July 29 · Elvis BuenoU-Vet used to be my favorite vet, to the point I sent them a Christmas card every year. I have no idea what happened in the past year but their staff is extremely unprofessional. Communication is awful, professionalism and empathy is non existent. I really hope that can work together to rebuild their staff or coach them on how to provide customer service and professionalism. Sadly, this is not my first occurrence of this behavior at this facility, but I do know it will be my last.
July 23 · Amy DavisThey took us quickly for an emergency with our dog, we sadly ended up losing him. However, they worked extremely well with him and made him comfortable and helped us in our time of need. I forgot the lady's name that helped the most, but she was amazing.
May 01 · Aaron S.We brought our bearded dragon in was the only place that was taking bearded dragons and I am so glad we went. The vet was so knowledgeable and was so helpful and gave us better ways to take care of our bearded dragon. We will definitely keep them as a vet!
November 01 · H. S.While I was putting my dog down the people behind the front desk were laughing, we were in the first room and the place is nothing but thin walls, they knew exactly what was going on in the room in front of them, they even had the candle lit to let people know someone was saying goodbye to their pet. They weren't laughing at the situation, however they should've had enough respect to not be so loud during that time; it was both disrespectful and unprofessional in that moment.
