★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The staff was amazing. They genuinely care for their patients and are great at handling them. I had a problem with my dog and they got her in quickly for a reasonable price and she is now back to her happy self and that makes me really happy. We recently moved here and I'm happy to have a great vet for my best friend
July 17 · Judy SalinasI really love this V.E.T. office! Everyone is super nice and you can tell they all love animals! I know my little Oliver is in good hands when I take him there!
April 20 · Kristi BlairMy daughter and I took our bearded dragon here to see about an abscess/tumor. The staff was super friendly and helpful during intake, and Dr. Gibbs was kind, very knowledgeable, and helped me and my daughter to understand everything that was going on.I will be recommending this office to anyone I mert who has a dog, cat, rabbit, lizard, or any other exotic pet.
July 28 · Ryan CravenAbsolutely amazing staff with a very understanding and non judgemental vet team. Prices are very fair and, as advertised, they also do exotics like reptiles and birds! I have brought both my cat and bearded dragon here multiple times and have never felt pressured or overwhelmed. The actual building itself used to be a house I think, but is so adorable and functional inside. You'll feel right at home!
June 13 · Rebekah LaplanteI took my Great Dane there for years and LOVE Dr. Gibbs. He helped me so much when we lost him. I recently got two great dane pups and had taken them there for their first check-up and it went great. A couple days later, my Husband was at home with them and one of the pups tore her leg open on something (we have no idea how she did it) and he rushed her up to the clinic. The reception staff (he said it was a new lady) was rude to my Husband, who was holding a 70lb. Bleeding dog and told him he would have to take her to the Emergency Clinic. Nobody came out to see if the bleeding needed to be stopped first, if it was something they could have taken care of there, NOTHING. Sent him on his way. $2500.00 later at the emergency clinic...three stitches and an overnight stay. OUTRAGEOUS! I fully believe that if Dr. Gibbs had seen the wound, he would have been able to suture it with no problem, but we could not even get past his rude front office staff. I LOVE Dr. Gibbs and the way he is conservative with treatment and how he treats the dogs but I WON"T be treated like crap from the front office staff who don't give a crap about the animals. I am sorry, we will have to go elsewhere for their care from now on. I even went there to attempt to talk to them about what happened, but they were rude and didn't seem to care that I was upset. Such a shame that a good vet is losing patients because of his office staff.
