★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Love this location. Had issues before with other VCA locations but this one is awesome and clearly full of animal lovers. I've seen Dr. Moose in the past once for my old girl Rosie and she was awesome. When I met Dr. Howell today the first thing she did was shake my hand then immediately got on the floor with my dog and hugged and kissed on her most of the time we talked. Then at the end she wrote Rosie's name on the wall with cheese whiz for her to lick.Dr Howell was not only great with Rosie, she did an excellent job explaining things to me about Rosie's situation and when I had questions after the fact when I got home, I called this location back and Dr. Howell called me back quickly and was happy to help me.She's a very enthusiastic person and evidently loves her job working with people and animals alike. Explains things very thoroughly and was very accommodating to my low income situation and let me know all of my options. I left feeling cared about and confident in my dog's health.Cannot recommend this place enough! Especially Dr. Howell and Dr. Moose!!
February 24 · Lukas AdlerAbsolute worst vet ever. Took my dog in because she kept licking a wound on her leg. Cost $114 just for the vet to tell me to make her wear a cone. Wanted to charge $100 more to look at cells under a microscope . The vet has a cold personality and is very unfriendly. Do not take your animals here.
March 03 · Robert DiazOver the 16 years of my pet's life I have always chosen VCA as her vet care because of the ease of their nationwide locations. However, now that I live in Colorado I am finding she needs more care in her older age. Unfortunately, most vets at this particular location treat my child as a pin cushion and cash cow. She is MY BABY and I am NOT made of money. The only good vet there is Kit and when she is not there I refuse to go back. Receptionists are doing a great job and are super friendly and most of the other staff are great as well. I really only have a problem with the vets that treat my pet with no care or empathy. I understand inflation and I know I have an aging child but that is no excuse to be a jerk to me or my pet. Will NOT be returning to any VCA and changing my vet provider all together. Please retain vets that have a heart and stop hiring ones that are just there for the paycheck.
November 22 · Daniel Castro-BlokTreated my dog great! Was very happy with how friendly the staff were.
May 26 · Bray WoldThe care itself is fine, the doctors and techs know what they’re doing and do it to expectations. The prices however are about 2x you’d pay anywhere else. I’d highly encourage people to stay away or move their business elsewhere. You can easily get the same level of care from an independent veterinarian or even Banfield for a much more reasonable price.
