★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We recently started taking our dog to Vet Partners in Plymouth, and we're so incredibly grateful to have found them! Their continuous care before, during, and after her recent dental procedure was incredible. I was constantly in tune with her treatment and the costs were reasonable, in line with others in the area. I feel reassured having her on a care plan with such a great team. Highly recommend!
July 11 · Katie Maas Van ThommeI have followed Dr Joseph Greene for the past 5 years. I have had many pets and many vet visits over the past 40 years. The knowledge and compassion Dr Greene shows each and every visit is second to none. The latest visit was for my 2 year old lab with a gash in the inside of his ear. While I am not crazy about keeping him out of the water for 2 weeks, I know Dr Greene has Zeus's best interest at heart. I highly recommend Vet Partners Plymouth and Dr. Greene to anyone that is in search of veterinarian needs.
July 25 · Kris BrekkeVet Partners in Plymouth Urgent Care was recommended to me by a trustworthy friend when my dog wouldn’t stop throwing up, wouldn’t eat or drink, and became lethargic. I was lucky enough to be seen the same day I called and we were seen by Callie and Dr. Lee. She’s an incredible veterinarian, so kind and gentle with my dog, incredibly knowledgeable, and went through all the proper tests (but not too many to rack up a huge bill) to pinpoint what was wrong. I’m so grateful for their services and for being able to see us on such short notice.
August 20 · Hope QuinnAll staff that we interacted with were caring and considerate. We were seen in a timely manner, and all questions and concerns were addressed. Mya was examined, heartworm and Lyme tested, vaccinated, nails trimmed and checked out within 45 minutes of appointment time. Kudos to our new veterinary team!
May 16 · Amber DalyI brought my cat in for a prescription renewal and told Vet Partners ahead of time that we did not want his rabies vaccine updated this visit. It’s current through September, and we planned to do it at the next appointment due to cost.Once in the exam room, the vet (Dr. Katie Vance) repeatedly pushed the rabies shot, even after I declined multiple times. I explained the cost concern and that it hadn’t expired, but my “no” was not respected. I felt interrogated, bullied, and like I had no say in my own pet’s care.As a non-confrontational person, being forced to defend my decision over and over was overwhelming and upsetting. I left feeling unheard, drained, and on the verge of tears. No should mean no — especially when it comes to my pet and my budget.(Updated 08/20/2025): I appreciate that the clinic responded publicly to my review, but I do want to note that no one reached out to me directly afterward. While I understand that strong recommendations may be part of veterinary care, what mattered most to me was that my decision should have been respected without repeated pressure. I hope my experience is taken as constructive feedback so future clients feel heard and supported in their choices.
