Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital is committed to providing a comprehensive range of veterinary services designed to address the diverse health needs of pets at every stage of their lives. This commonly includes in-house laboratory testing for quick results on bloodwork, urinalysis, and fecal tests, aiding in the rapid diagnosis of illnesses. Imaging services such as X-rays may also be available to help visualize internal structures and identify issues.

Vetco Total Care Animal Hospital has received feedback highlighting both positive and challenging aspects of their service:
- Compassionate Pet Treatment: Clients consistently note that their pets are treated with "care & compassion." A significant highlight is that some dogs "actually likes going there!", indicating a positive and comforting environment for the animals themselves. This suggests the staff goes above and beyond to make visits less stressful for pets.
- Friendly and Efficient Staff: Individual staff members, such as "Tatiana," are specifically recognized for being friendly, greeting clients with a smile, being kind to pets, and being "super efficient with emailing me receipts & making sure I have all my documentation." This speaks to the dedication of many team members in providing excellent client service.
- Commitment to Client Documentation: The efficiency in providing receipts and documentation is a valuable service that helps pet owners keep track of their pet's health records and financial information.
However, it's important to note some reported challenges:
- Managerial Concerns: One customer reported a "terrible" experience with the "Manager Roger," citing a "horrible attitude and no empathy." This kind of feedback, while potentially isolated, indicates a significant area of concern regarding customer service from a management perspective.
- Strict Punctuality Policy: The same review highlighted a strict policy regarding lateness, where a 10-minute delay due to a pet emergency (choking and vomiting in the car) resulted in a missed appointment and mandatory rescheduling, even when "no one was even there waiting." This inflexibility, especially in a veterinary setting where emergencies can arise unexpectedly, can be highly distressing for pet owners and reflects a lack of understanding for unforeseen circumstances.
- Perceived Lack of Managerial Authority for Staff: The customer's comment that "He is the Manager and they nor the doctor's have any say over him" suggests a hierarchical issue where the compassionate efforts of nurses and doctors might be overridden by strict managerial policies, leading to a frustrating client experience.

Jun 21, 2025 · Linda RyanHad all 5 of my animals membership there now have to look for a new vet. Manager Roger is terrible. Horrible attitude and no empathy. Shocking someone who works at a vet would be like this. Don't recommend. Its sad because the nurses are all very sweet and helpful but like he said. He is the Manager and they nor the doctor's have any say over him. Don't be late because your cat is choking and vomiting in the car and you have to pull over. 10 minutes late you apparently missed your appointment and must reschedule although no one was even there waiting. Very disappointing.
Mar 25, 2025 · Tracy CurridI brought my 10 week old puppy here for his first wellness check. I’ve done a lot of research on socializing puppies and the vet doesn’t have to be scary. When I got there they didn’t acknowledge the puppy, they slid him across the platform and they were pretty rough. I get that you’re in a rush it was the last appointment, but this was wild. Not only that he suggested it was okay to put my puppy on the ground ( as long as it wasn’t a dog park). He had only one vaccine. We went to a different vet and they told us the risks and how to prevent Parvovirus. They communicated well while this place was pretty short with us. Don’t recommend for anxious or shy dogs or puppies or anyone tbh ( The technician was very sweet by the way it was the doctor)
May 21, 2025 · Gizzy :3My puppy just turned 1y/o and we have yet to establish a full-service vet and I’ve had heard about Vetco in Clark. My expectations weren’t very high but I was BEYOND surprised (in a good way). Everyone of the staff was extremely kind and loving towards my puppy and a special thank you to Sara and Dr. Muhammad who took such lovely care of my puppy. Sara went above and beyond to provide me and my husband (first time dog owner) with necessary info, safety procedures and care instructions on how to keep our Muffin healthy. My puppy is an emotional mess- but Sara is a natural and took her time with Muffin to make sure that my dog would feel comfortable. Even during the exam, Sara was there to soothe Muffin the entire time. She was truly the sweetest, kindest and warmest person- and I couldn’t have had Muffin in better hands. A happy pup- a happy mom!
Jan 26, 2025 · Isabella KouzalianI had called April 21st around 9am and made an appointment for a wellness check and for my dog to get spayed. I specifically asked the lady who i spoke to if we can do both in the same day or not so i can know to take the week off of work because I wasn’t sure, she proceeded to tell me that I can do that. I call today to confirm the price so i have an idea before going in and the lady on the phone went over the price of only the check up so i asked if the surgery is booked Monday as well and she said no, that doesn’t happen. I explained to her that the person i spoke to told me it can and she said “ you didn’t speak to anyone here. “ Who else made the appointment a ghost ? I’m not booking here again.
