★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1We are so upset with our experience here. Our dog had an ear infection that we brought her in for. When they first looked at it they told us there was something stuck in her ear and they would need to put her under anesthesia to get it out. Scheduled this “surgery” and they told us 7:45 drop off. We got there at 7:30 for drop off, 7:45 comes and no one is there to let us in. Someone finally shows up at 7:50 to open up the facility. Dropped her off at 7:45am for what my text confirmation said would be an 11am appointment. When dropping her off there was a clear difference from the last time we took her to the vet the previous time she was her overly friendly self with the vets but this time she was hiding from them and wouldn’t go back with them. I had to force her back into the room and leave- heartbreaking. After spending all day worrying I still had no received no updates by 4pm, so called to check on my baby. They answered with “oh she is up next and is about to go under anesthesia so should be good for pickup around 5:30”. What happened to the 11am apt? Why did I have to drop my baby off at 7:45 am for her to sit around in a kennel all day and not be treated until 4pm? Then I receive a call from the vet at 4:30 saying they did not find anything in her ear aside from clumps of blood from the infection and she was good to pickup. $400 later for an ear infection, and a traumatized dog. She went under anesthesia for no reason and spent the rest of the night having accidents and shaking as she was coming out of what was supposed to be “light anesthesia”. Needless to say- we feel completely taken advantage of by this place and do NOT feel that they cared about the well being of our baby girl. We will NEVER return here or to any Vetco and hope that others read this review and do not come here. We do not want others to have similar experiences to ours. These pets are our babies and to imagine her waiting around, terrified in a kennel all day and then having to go under anesthesia for no reason and suffer the rest of the night coming out of it for no reason was absolutely heart breaking. I am a mad dog mama and someone who works in healthcare and would never allow this type of client care for any patient or family.
August 23 · Elizabeth AlcornRecently I brought my dog in for an illness and all of the staff and especially the doctor was very knowledgeable! My dog who is very timid loved it here! The hospital was very clean and lobby was so welcoming. The cost of the services they provided us were a lot less than we were expecting and we will 100 percent be coming back! A excellent hospital to take your beloved pet for excellent and attentive care! Highly recommended.
May 28 · Mary NicholsDr. Aiko and tech Emily were extremely helpful. My dog loves coming here! Always greeted by Bianca with lots of treats. :)I really appreciated the time they took to answer all my questions and make sure my dog felt comfortable and cared for. The whole team is friendly, knowledgeable, and truly makes every visit a positive experience. Highly recommend!
April 26 · Rachel AriasI am highly disappointed by the transparency of this clinic. I am guessing that its not specifically the clinics fault but Vetco as an entity hiring call service reps that are probably not even located in the US. I was told my dogs needed a booster shot approximately 1 month after their 1st set. I was never told it needed to be by an exact date or they would need yet another booster the month following. I rescheduled once not know that this was going to mess the vaccine schedule since it was never relayed to me. I paid nearly $700 for the 1st round and $200 for 2 dogs the second time around. I am not in a position to pay another $200 because I was not told pertinent information. I canceled all future apps and opted to request their records. I feel highly taken advantage of. I was also told I could bring their fecal sample to the booster appt but not told I would be charged if it has been over 30 days... Scammed on all levels which was disappointing. Only reason for the added start was because the front desk gal and vet tech were friendly.
July 13 · Alyssa SanchezWonderful experience from start to finish! The front receptionist was warm and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. Em, the vet assistant, was kind and attentive, treating Diamond with such care. She really listened and answered all my questions and explained what was needed. The vet had an excellent bedside manner—calm, thorough, and clearly compassionate. I felt completely at ease and well cared for!
