Veterinary Emergency Group Reviews
My sweet boy decided to inhale a string off a cat toy tunnel and I had to bring him in to get it removed. I previously had to come here for a dog I was dog sitting to be put down so I already knew the care was 10/10, which made my decision to bring my own personal pet an easy one. Immediately my cat was treated and seen by Dr. Gallon. Pricing was very transparent and I was given options and involved in every step of the process. Amber was so sweet and Anthony did a great job as well. Dr. Gallon removed the string from my cat in like 5 minutes and he was back in the room recovering with me. I would recommend this place over and over again. Thank you all for keeping my sweet boy safe and still here with me!!

The open-concept treatment area made everything feel so transparent and reassuring.Dr. Blair Keffer, Sally, and another amazing team member (whose name I wish I could remember!) were absolutely outstanding. Their kindness and expertise meant the world to us.Duck is now home, post-anesthesia, happily napping—and we’re so grateful!
Mar 31, 2025 · JA HWe received the best care and communication on a very busy Sunday night. I had just heard about VEG from a neighbor that had a sick pup the week before and raved about the care she received. So happy I added their contact info and little did I know, I would need immediate care for my pet over the next weekend. Anyone with a beloved pet should put VEG in their contacts!! I’m glad I did 🐾🩷
Jun 10, 2025 · Liz HernandezMy cat had an emergency after my normal vet's hours and they recommended I take him here. The staff was amazing and despite having a very rough night having to let my old boy cross the rainbow bridge, it was handled with incredible care and grace. They were timely, thorough with his diagnosis, very helpful in helping me make the best choice for my cat's quality of life, and sympathetic with my highly emotional state. I'm not sure when I'll get another pet, but these wonderful people made a customer for life. Thank you to the VEG staff and RIP to my sweet boy, Alexander ♥️
Apr 16, 2025 · Kevin SNothing else could have done to have made our experience better. The team was phenomenal in all aspects. We were comfortable with approaching the team and surprisingly, comfortable leaving our kids in the waiting room while we were able to watch the surgery happen in real time. Obviously, checking on the kids frequently. Being able to watch the surgery, pre-, peri-, and post-op was so very special to me, as I am also in the medical field. To be able to watch, first hand, my first-born being well taken care of by this spectacular team meant the world to me. I’m so very thankful for this very team.Dr. Keffer was amazing. That’s it. She offered constant answers to our questions and concerns. The team that worked that night were just as accommodating. I can’t thank the team enough for this most memorable experience by saving my baby’s life.
