June 26 · YourTaichiguyGroot & I loved this clinic & staff. They definitely care about their patients & the people too. They were running a little behind, but I knew they were dealing with another animal who really needed their care & expertise. Once we were in the exam room - the techs & vet took their time getting to know my dog & address my concerns. We discussed natural & other ways to help my 1 year old great dane overcome his growing pains & skin issues. I look forward to bringing in my other dogs for such great care.
September 07 · Bevin JordanAvoid unnecessary stress. I've been quoted three different prices! It feels like they're taking advantage of the situation with inflated costs for basic extractions. I used to appreciate coming here, but I'm becoming increasingly aware of the frequent price fluctuations from various staff members. This constant change and apparent focus on profit is disheartening when you're seeking authentic support to ensure your pet's health and safety.
June 26 · NylaI really wanted to like this place. The communication and follow-up is extremely poor. At one visit I had to leave my blind pup for sedation; when I returned to pick him up the front desk lady went to the back to retrieve him, then came back and asked me to wait. Not a big deal, until about 10 minutes later... I'm actually starting to worry if something is wrong. When I was asked the front desk if my pup was OK she replied yes. Another 10 minutes go by and just as I'm getting ready to ask again, a tech comes from the back without my pup to explain to me that she was cleaning him up because he pooped in the kennel and walked through it. That is information that could have been told to me immediately instead of me worrying something was wrong. I had to make multiple calls to determine the results of tests that were taken before ultimately being referred to an ortho specialist. As soon as I received confirmation from the specialist that they received the referral, I made an appointment. Only to get to the appointment 4 days later to find out that none of the radiology results had been sent, also after multiple requests from specialist vet tech. I eventually had to go get the results myself and send to the specialist. Very disappointed with my experience.
April 01 · GiGi MosesDr Galvan and her staff are amazing with my very nervous, ferocious little dog. He has anxiety, and has been kicked out of numerous grooming salons, but they actually trimmed his nails. That’s a feat I’ve never accomplished on my own without drugging him. He’s been their patient for his entire 8 years, and I trust them explicitly.
