Where do i start…i wish i could shut this place down myself. i wish i could give it negative stars, we have been taking my cats here for years and they were so nice but this past year everything changed… my almost 3 month kitten was very sick, we walked in and the front seat lady was shoving her face and talking with her mouth Full. they then asked clarified if it was for an incision (we never said anything ab that) we waited in the room for 30 minutes after seeing not one other person in that place. i heard them talking outside the door “don’t forget ab that kitten” multiple times. after waiting on DR.HARRIS he came in asked 2 questions saw my cat couldn’t stand up on his own and said there was no getting better asked and looked at us with a cold look. this man has no sympathy or love for these animals. we told him we were going to keep trying and he walked out. we paid 200$ for nothing. THEN i came here and was reading reviews and this place makes me sick. my neighbor had an experience as well… she dropped her gods off to be watched while they were on vacation and they ended up fixing her docs without her permission. this place is genuinely a joke they only want ur money. if you have care for ur animals please never go here! - Katie Iaconis

Veterinary Services Introduce

For more than three decades, Veterinary Services has been a fixture in the Chapel Hill, Tennessee community, providing care for pets and livestock alike. The clinic, led by Dr. Greg Harris, a native of the area, has built a history of serving local friends and neighbors. Their mission is to provide excellent medical, dental, diagnostic, and surgical care to ensure that all animals—from household companions to farm animals—enjoy a long and healthy life. The practice prides itself on being a versatile resource for the community, offering both in-house treatments at their facility and on-farm care for larger animals. This dual approach highlights their commitment to meeting the diverse needs of the rural Tennessee landscape, making quality veterinary care accessible whether you have a cat, a dog, or a herd of cattle. The clinic aims to establish long-term relationships with clients, a goal that reflects their deep roots in the community and their dedication to building trust over time.

The practice is staffed by a team of veterinary technicians, care coordinators, and assistants who, like the veterinarians, share a great love for animals. They work together to ensure that every visit is as pleasant and informative as possible. They are committed to providing the highest quality of service and treating each pet as if they were their own. The clinic's staff is a key part of the patient care experience, with a focus on compassion and professionalism. The clinic also has an online presence where they invite and encourage clients to share their experiences and provide feedback, demonstrating a commitment to transparency and client satisfaction. This includes a variety of testimonials that showcase positive interactions with the staff and veterinarians, particularly highlighting their knowledge and caring approach during both routine visits and emergency situations. The clinic’s long history and continued service to the community speaks to its role as a reliable provider of animal healthcare.

While the clinic has a long-standing history, it's also important for potential clients to be aware of the range of experiences shared by community members. For instance, some clients have noted that recent experiences have not met their expectations, mentioning concerns about a perceived lack of sympathy and what they described as unprofessional interactions. The sentiment from these reviews highlights the importance of empathy in veterinary care, especially during stressful or emotional times. These experiences contrast with the clinic’s stated goal of providing compassionate care and illustrate the variability that can be encountered in any service-based industry. The clinic's response to such feedback, or lack thereof, is also a factor for clients to consider when making a choice about their pet's healthcare provider. For those who prioritize a consistently empathetic and patient-centered approach, reviewing a variety of testimonials can be an important step in their decision-making process.
