★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Though we have only met the staff for an initial consult and treatment plan, I beyond impressed by the staff & level of attention myself and my girl have received. The consultation was super personal.Dr. Brittany & tech Katie were so sweet. The energy around the practice is very warm and inviting. The examination and discussions were so thorough. Dr. Brittany took the time to answer my questions in clinic but also via email after hours. Treatment plans arrived insanely quick, followed by estimates, and records.I’ve worked in the veterinary field for eight years and have since moved away from working clinically, but I have to say it’s really refreshing finding a group like this. I felt at ease and not intimidated by any of treatment plan at all. It’s also worth nothing their pricing is really fair given the services offered. 10/10! Thank you :)
July 21 · Jenna KoernerThey treat my sweet 14 y/o boxer/pittie so gently and with the best level of care that I could ask for. The rehab is helping Dakota to walk better for longer periods of time and to keep her independence. Everybody here makes Dakota feel safe and as comfortable as possible. Thank you!!!
July 02 · Jill DziakOur 14 yr old shihtzu tore her cruciate ligament on one back leg and has a luxating patella on the other. In April her vet wanted to operate but given her age and complications with a recent dental procedure we decided to try pt. Not only does gizmo no longer need surgery, her specialists at purdue are thrilled with her progress and she is back to walking and playing. She is currently on her birthday vacation and yesterday walked almost 2 miles, half of which was up hill to a mountain lookout. Aside from fatigues because she's old she showed no signs of pain or slowing down. She had a blast! Best of all gizmo absolutely adores the staff especially Carla. When we get to the office she walks on her own from the car right into the office. While waiting she will peak around the doors looking for her friends. Dr. Amber put together the perfect blend of treatments for her and Carla has done an amazing job! Jill is great with scheduling and billing. Everyone here absolutely loves animals and all the other dogs we see here also look calm and happy. Fortunately we have a recovery rider that we added on to our trupanion plan so we only pay between 8 and 17 dollars per visit. We highly recommend this office, honestly nothing bad we can say.
September 22 · Mandy ChongThe customer service representative, Jill, hung up on me and now I can not get a hold of anyone in the office. If you book an appointment with at this place, maybe do it in person and ask them to write it down for themselves and you, maybe twice😂. I am currently down $100 and my dog still can’t walk. I allegedly have til the 25th to cancel my appointment but I was already charged for missing an appointment for a date that I did not agree to.Jill is also very angry. Praying for you queen.
July 18 · Haley TaylorHad a great experience here with my dog’s chronic shoulder injury. Their report was very thorough, and they did PRP for his shoulder. He’s been doing great since.
