★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1They treated my dogs like family. I’m so happy I came here!My dog had major surgery, which was stressful for everyone, but the team at New Lenox checked up on us during and post-surgery to make sure all was well.My dog actually loves going to the vet now! Every time I grab his travel leash he runs to the door because he wants to go see his friends at the clinic!I wish I had gone here sooner; the small office means it’s not overly chaotic, and there are no long wait times like elsewhere locally.Definitely take your pets here. You won’t regret it!
October 08 · Lea MaricI took my little dog to the New Lenox animalClinic because she suddenly lost her burst of energy and ability to go up even one step. We were able to get her in the same day. Both the vet tech and the vet were so kind and loving toward my dog and did a thoroughexam. They gave us a medication for her forpain though they found no identifiable cause. The next day she was back to her normal energy and ability. We were treated so well at this clinic and appreciate the kindness and care of all employees.
April 03 · Susan PowersI was so nervous to bring our newly adopted pitbull terrier in for her first visit. She’s high energy and I had no idea how she would act. Right from the get-go the front desk made me feel so welcomed and vet Em, and her nurse, were incredible! The care and love they showed my dog was beyond heartwarming. They made me feel more at ease and my dog did great durning the visit. Also, when we were leaving another dog came in, which made my dog, and me, nervous again. The ladies at the front desk were very willing and polite to offer any help, even offering to bring her back behind the desk to help us feel comfortable. Honestly, I can’t ask for anything better, and I will recommend them to everyone!
October 06 · Anna CampbellI called in to make a new vet appointment and was annoyed by how rude the receptionist was. She kept cutting me off before I could even finish a full question, and was short and dismissive throughout the call. Instead of helping me understand the options, she just listed off mandatory charges—including services I clearly said I didn’t need. If this is how new clients are treated just trying to book, I can’t imagine what the in-person experience is like. The front desk staff clearly needs retraining in basic courtesy and communication. Take your pet elsewhere
July 18 · SEWonderful staff from front desk to vets on duty. Very impressed with cleanliness of clinic from the waiting area to the pet care rooms. Very glad to have found the place for me and my two cats Riddick & Schnugglette. DLK
