★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1The place is a mess. The doctor has issues communicating and will stand and stare at you when asked questions. Does not give advice when asked for treatment options. Would not recommend to anyone I know. Do yourself a favor and find another vet.
August 10 · Andrew AngileriThis place is amazing. Great staff, Veterinarian friendly and compassionate. The love for their profession shows the minute you walk into the office. I would give them 10 stars if possible. My gratitude for what they have done for my Pawpaws is not easy to put into words. I am grateful forever. Their job is not easy but they never show it. You and your pet are their priority. I recommend them 100%.
January 23 · Patricia CunninghamI have been taking my pets to this vet since 2008, but unfortunately, the level of care and professionalism has declined significantly over the years. My most recent experiences were extremely frustrating and disappointing. The turning point for me was when they mixed up my dog’s medications. One prescription was mislabeled, instructing me to split capsules, which made no sense because the powder would spill out. I realized the mistake only after looking up the medications online and confirming they had been mixed up. This careless error could have seriously harmed my dog and was unacceptable.Following this incident, I began looking for a new vet. Unfortunately, the issues didn’t stop there. It took over two weeks to get a copy of my dog’s X-rays. When I initially requested them, Natalie, the receptionist, rudely claimed they didn’t provide that service—only to backtrack when I mentioned another staff member had told me otherwise.Natalie’s attitude was consistently rude and unprofessional. In high-emotion situations where pet health is at stake, her sarcastic tone and dismissive responses only added to the stress. A receptionist is often the first point of contact at a vet’s office, and Natalie’s behavior made an already difficult experience much worse. She needs serious training on how to communicate with empathy and professionalism.Accessing my dog’s full records beyond X-rays and vaccine information was also unnecessarily difficult. I don’t understand why it required over a week for the vet to approve their release. It felt like a deliberate attempt to make transferring to another clinic harder. My new vet even mentioned that this type of resistance is often used to discourage clients from leaving. After more than a decade of loyalty, I can no longer recommend this place. Between the rude staff, disorganized communication, and dangerous mistakes, it’s clear they’ve lost sight of what matters—our pets’ well-being. I would rate 0/5 if possible.
December 27 · Manuel GutierrezMy dog was treated at this hospital for almost 8 years. His time to cross the rainbow bridge came. I took my boys with me as we decided we were not betraying our dog by leaving him alone. The doctor and his staff were compassionate they allowed my boys in the room to explain everything that was going to happen, and they even asked again if the boys wanted to be there. We stayed with our beloved dog and the doctor and his staff gave us some time alone with him. Doctor came and talked to my boys, giving them words of comfort. The price was fair compared to other places, and the clinic was always clean. We will continue our business with them because of the empathy of the doctor and his staff while seeing our pain. The lady at the front desk (red hair) may not seem sweet, but she wasn't mean. She had compassion and empathy towards us during a difficult time.
October 18 · Yackelyn ChavezThe veterinarians here are very good and give plenty of time to their patients/ pets. The tech Natalie is so indifferent, cold and callous that I can't give this establishment more than 3 stars.
