Worner Veterinary Hospital Reviews
If I could leave 0 stars I would. We had an awful experience at this clinic the Doctor was rude and didn’t seem to care about anything but going home for the night. We went in the morning to get our 5 day old puppies tails docked and dewclaws out and they where completely fine before we went in and after the procedure when we got home the puppies where bleeding like crazy and soaking through blankets one of the puppies went lifeless and was barley breathing so I called and told them they said “I mean if you want to bring that one back in sometime we will look at it” I said I am coming now. On my way there I get a call and they said if you want to put some honey on its gums and give it 20 minutes and see. As my puppy was lethargic, pale and barely breathing I said no I’m coming now. When I got there the vet assistant realized how bad the puppy actually was and was trying to take care of him while the doctor was in the room with another patient. I brought In another puppy to be looked at with this one because he was still bleeding really bad and not acting himself the doctor looked at him for quite literally one second and said he’s fine. As there was blood all over the blanket and basket I brought him in in the clinic but I went home because they weren’t going to do anything they couldn’t save the other puppy that I left there and when I got home the puppy he so called said was fine went pale and my mother in law called and told him and apparently he said I guess I can stay over if you want to bring him back in. We get there and they give him shots and medication and still don’t do anything about his bleeding tail and pretty much dismiss us because he wanted to go home. We get home and then realize another one of the puppies still had A dewclaw they didn’t take out. Come 2am the puppy we had to take back twice ended up passing away. So we ended up losing 2 puppies and one of our puppies still has a dewclaw. We called to ask for some of our money back as we didn’t feel the job they did was worth 210.00 and the lady says I’ll have the doctor call you back and of course we never received a call. The vet assistant was very nice and helpful I asked her for a report of everything the doctor did to save our puppy and what they gave them when getting their tails docked and dewclaws out and all they could give me was a paper that said 0.5 cc of lidocaine I was definitely expecting more and was expecting them to document what exactly they gave him but obviously not I’m extremely disappointed and will not be back.

Nov 17, 2019 · Cheryl SwancigerTruly the best for veterinary care. The people here care alot for your pets and for you. I have been going here for over 10 years. Dr Worner is the kindest and most caring person you will ever meet. The entire staff is fantastic and very helpful. Do yourself a favor and do not get sucked into those large veterinary offices that look like office buildings. Go here where they take time with you and your animal to give you the best care you can get. I would never go anywhere else.
Aug 29, 2024 · tony colemanDr. Worner and his staff are great! They were so gentle with my senior dog Trixie. I appreciate you all. Thank you!
Mar 03, 2024 · Ana RouseDr Worner and his staff are exceptional. We have been taking our pets to them for over 15 years. Very caring Always friendly. Our precious cat, Mimi, 15 years old, was struggling to breathe, not eating, short coughs then suddenly the coughing was cutting off the ability to breathe. Her tongue was turning gray, she was listless and staring into oblivion. We rushed her to Dr. Worners office. They took her in immediately. Mimi was having heart failure. Fluid in the heart and lungs. What a scare. We love her so much. Dr Worner started her on meds, gave her a shot and put her on oxygen. He called us twice a day with an Update to her condition. Three days later she is home. She will have to take pills from now on till…. But we will treasure this extra time we have with her. We cannot thank them enough. So needless to say, we highly recommend Dr Worner and his staff. 🙏♥️
