I have a big dog now but I've been here with my dogs for three years with some problems now and again.. today I think it's came to an end some big black ninja was sitting in a fancy car apoun arriving I noticed him look them start texting..tell tell sign of someone awaiting your arrival..I have been stalked from regus Escondido..I get there and I see yellow tape. I don't know if the dog was kia,mia,doa...yet it looked like a cojo scene..I walk my dog.. the big ninja begins to ask if I'm alright, I'm like why are you talking to me (in my head..) I say I'm here doing what people do I seen you last time here with no dog taking a grill.. now you back with no dog.. I'm here doing what people do at a dog park ..be with and let go of there dogs walk..what your MO hide in the dark in a dog park ..I've never seen you here.. and fancy ninjas don't do the outdoor outback thing..so that seemed out of place and possibly co hearted or set up

The conditions in which the fish are kept are unacceptable and reflect poorly on the store’s commitment to animal welfare.Firstly, the fish tanks were dirty and poorly maintained. The glass was covered in algae, obstructing the view and creating an unhealthy environment for the fish. The bottom of the tanks was also filthy, with debris and waste accumulating, indicating a lack of regular cleaning and maintenance.Moreover, some of the fish were dead and others appeared to be in distress, displaying signs of poor health. This suggests that the water quality is not being monitored or managed correctly, which is essential for the well-being of aquatic life.In addition to the poor conditions of the tanks, the overall management of the store seemed lacking. There was no staff available in the aquatic section for 30 minutes to assist with inquiries or provide information about the fish and their care. This lack of oversight and care for the animals is concerning and needs immediate attention.I urge Petco management to address these issues promptly. Regular maintenance of the tanks, proper care for the fish, and adequate staffing are essential to ensure the health and safety of the animals in their care. As a responsible pet store, Petco should prioritize the well-being of all animals and maintain high standards of cleanliness and care.Until these issues are resolved, I cannot recommend this store to anyone looking to purchase aquatic pets. Well, I got a notification almost a month later and was told that the item was IN STOCK and the rep placed an order for my dogs medicine. After waiting 10 days and not receiving it, I called customer service and they stated that they (in the Phillipines) have to speak with "the Pharmacy" which is located in Oregon. The "pharmacist" told the rep that they didn't have the item in stock (again) and that they "don't know" why my order wasn't filled. The customer service rep I spoke with today PROMISED that this would never happen again. - They work off of a very "tight" script. I told her that I don't believe a word she says and that I'm done with Petco. A total waste of time dealing with them.

I called the store to notify them and was told that “all the containers here have live worms”. The “manager” said she would call me back and then was going to hang up before I reminded her she didn’t take my name or number. Zero customer service.About a month ago I had also purchased crickets from this location and half were dead. I didn’t say anything then but Should have never gone back.

But if I said that I was feeding it to small snake or to another fish they sell it to me instantly. You need life to start the cycle of a new aquarium. Running it for a week does nothing. Will never shop or recommend any petco till they change this ridiculous policy. Lost a customer over a 20 cent fish!!!
