Petco Reviews
Visited the store on 6/30/25. I was very shocked at the neglect of the comet fish. There were so many dead. There were clumps of dead fish in the tanks. I even saw some of the fish eating each other. The quality of aquariums are very poor and sad. Do better, petco! This is unacceptable! This store should be ashamed! I have provided picture proof.
Jul 01, 2025 · Jane SmithTrying to ask a question to the vet they have there and we got a lady on the phone who was very rude. She kept trying to argue with us about asking if we can get antibiotics for our dog because the stuff they gave us was effecting her in a negative light. We tried saying we weren't told stuff and the lady was quick to say "yes he did tell you". Mind you she wasn't even in the room when our dog was being seen. She just kept jumping to the defense of the vet. Cutting us off everytime we talked and went " this conversation isn't going anywhere" which is when I chimed in telling her "all we want to do is help our dog" and she talked over me too and then complained there was too many people on call.Kinda makes you wonder how close of a relationship this woman has to the vet to where she's ready to jump to his defense on any information we weren't even given. It wasn't even the vet who talked to us about the medication either, it was a nurse. I've had instances where my animals have been sick and the vets main priority is to get care to the animal rather than argue over if someone told us something or not.Very unprofessional. I mean, what do you expect from a vet on a chain pet store name. I recommend finding a local vet rather than go to a place where they're funded by the store and not the customers. That way you'll get better care.I also recorded the phone conversation for legal purposes.
Jun 24, 2025 · Chelsea RiversAshley P is the BEST groomer! We lived in Shrewsbury for 3 years and Luca always got groomed by her. My Cavapoo likes her a lot and the style is super cute. Definitely recommend Ashley if you have a Doodle.
Feb 11, 2025 · Jing LuoOne specific employee, a man with long, tied-up hair, I didn't write down his name, but I wanted to leave a comment, treat customers better, if you're not happy with your work or are stressed, it's not our fault. I and other customers who have been served by you don't deserve to be mistreated by you. I hope you feel better about what you're going through! 😉
