The Dog House Reviews
We got our dog Duke from the Dog House and honestly couldn't be happier with our experience! Our family would come in weekly to see what new pups could fit our family, and week after week our hearts kept going back to Duke. The owner was more than patient with us on finding our new puppy! Once we finally decided, she told us she knew it was him this whole time! He was meant for us! The owner takes great care of these dogs! Duke came home with a 100% clean bill of health, and adjusted to our house so easily! Everyone who meets him just melts as he is so gentle and affectionate. When we are ready to add a 2nd pup to our home, we surely know where we will be going! 🩵🐶
May 19, 2025 · Caitlyn SmithWe got our pup over a month ago and he’s doing amazing! It was a very easy and friendly process. A lot of my family and friends have all gotten their dogs from the Dog House as well.
May 10, 2025 · Ashley HelenaUnmatched experience due to longstanding owner of 27 years. Extremely knowledgeable, animal health oriented, foster and adoption services, personalized experience, large inventory of various breeds. Convenient and affordable payment options.
Mar 21, 2025 · Keisha WilliamsI can't appreciate this place enough I recently got a cavalier pup from the dog house. I was able to put my pup on layaway and was able to visit and spend time with her I was given proper information. She was well taken care of and checked by there vet and got her vaccines. My pup has been home for 3 days now and has been nothing but joy to my family and to my two kids she's playful and is the most sweetest girl ever. I would definitely come again in the future I had a great experience.
Apr 06, 2025 · Victoria LaboyI got my Gracie there about 1.5 years ago on a whim and I couldn’t be happier! She is an absolute love and sweet. She’s a mini schnauzer and the experience was great when we went and saw her. The customer service was wonderful and the process was seamless. Gracie was very healthy and I was very happy that they included all her paperwork, shot records and contact information of where they got her from. Not sure where the bad reviews are coming from. Most of them have to do with puppies who are ill. Yes, it is unfortunate and stressful but you would find these illnesses at any breeder or shelter as well. It’s not the facility. Puppies are very susceptible. I saw a comment about Parvo. Parvo is one of the most common illnesses puppies get regardless of where you get the animal from. It’s very contagious and the animal can pick it up from anywhere regardless of their age (which is something I wasn’t aware of until my vet told me when I called because a friend’s dog from the dog park contracted it and Gracie was around them.) It’s a quick fix at the vet and the number one illness that vet checks for at the first visit (which should be immediate after getting the animal) for due to being so common. Remember, just as humans have illnesses and issues, so do animals. Highly recommend. I actually have to stay away because if I see another mini schnauzer I will have another mini schnauzer! :)
