Please do yourself a favor,AVOID this store at all cost. I’ve order a baby turtle and two different type of food for it, totaling a over $103. I paid $30 for ups delivery. These people didn’t even bother to add a signature requirement to the package. The package got delivered to my building,but not to the appartement number in the address. Therefore,the package got stolen,I never got it. I immediately filled a claim with ups,they said to contact the seller. I’ve sent myturtle multiple emails that were unanswered. I tried calling their phone number ,but the number that they provided is a working number. Right now,I’m out of over $103. One advise,stay away from this store. No customer service,just a bunch of money hungry people that could care less about their customers. They’ll take your money with no remorse.

Called first number listed on google and leads to an advertisement company, then the number on their website leads to tortoise town.com which on the B.B.B they received an F rating for failing to answer customers or send out products within even a month time. Most likely the reviews with higher rating purchased from myturtlestore.com which actually has 3 different numbers for customers and answer right away.

They came in fast, as well as came with the everything I needed to take care of them but I believe the thing that helped me the most is that they had little cards that guide me on what to do which helped me so much. They gained a life time customer.
